Viega, needs some training on customer service. Not the rep... the entire company. Customer service is 99% an issue with company management and usually about 1% of the time on the customer service rep themselves. Reps at nearly every company do their best... it's the company management's policies, decisions, poor training, etc that are to blame. Easily 99% of the time this is the case.
