I have Ummy but it now tries to trick you into a subscription. I have the lifetime version, but there is no way to download more than one video per day. A once-good product has gone to the dogs.
I paid for a lifetime "Pro" subscription to Ummy, that could be transferred to new devices- when I got a new computer, Ummy would not recognize my license number. Upon writing to support, they terminated my agreement with no explanation at all.
It used to be a great app but totally not a trustworthy company.
I am unable to download any video after upgrading to pro from the earlier basic version at the cost of sgd 55+. I am unable to contact the supplier for a refund either. Please people who know what to do hep me.
I have downloaded ummy many times. It will not download ANYTHING from youtube. I have written to Support, with ZERO response. These people are the WORST support people I have EVER experienced.
HOPELESS!!!!
I can only repeat what others have said. I had used the free version for several years without problems, so felt OK when asked to pay £35 for ongoing unlimited access but, like everyone else, this does not work and emails just bounce back. Obviously a rip-off.
Is this a new type of scam? A 'sleeper' product that rips you off once you have used it for a while and got used to it!! :-(
Bought Ummy pro but its riddled with malware.
Emailed countless times and have just been told that the mailbox is full.
Furious with myself for using such a scam product.
I would like a refund but all emails get bounced back as mailbox is full.
AVOID!
Do not decide a good store to buy from
I bought this program Ummy Video Downloader paid full price so it does not expire
they write it on their page and their email
I have the latest version on my PC in info stand where it does not expire
but of just as well it cannot be used if one then download update
fold it only once and then you have to pay again this I paid for it not to expire
I have written to them several times but get that message back
The receiver's inbox is full
Your message was not delivered to supportteam ummy.net because their inbox is full or because they are receiving too many emails right now.
I keep getting it from them the email I use it you do not get a reply back to
here we have a company you can not trust they cheat one enough you have bought and paid for one that does not expire but it does
must say they have a very poor service one does not hear from them
