RESPONSE TO REVIEW REQUEST
I'm surprised to receive a request for a review when I've sent two requests to receive a RMA for a defective VHS-C cassette adapter and as yet gotten a reply from customer service (?) or anyone. Is there something wrong with the internet transmission? All I'm getting is a confirmation of return notice, however, the "check return status" box is totally inactive! Tsk! Tsk!
