VideoBolt offers fantastic options for brand effects that are truly exceptional in quality. I found exactly what I was looking for, and their editing tools are extremely intuitive, making the whole platform a smooth and enjoyable experience. On top of that, the client service I experienced via their chat was A+. I would hands-down recommend this website to anyone looking for something unique and professional.

Ace platform

I accidentally subscribed to an annual plan when I intended to purchase a monthly subscription to test the capabilities out. Due to pricing that heavily emphasizes “per month” while billing annually. I realized the mistake immediately, contacted VideoBolt/Paddle immediately, and requested a partial refund for the unused portion.

Despite acknowledging that purchasing the annual plan was not my intention, VideoBolt refused any refund based solely on internal policy. I then contacted their payment processor, Paddle, who deferred responsibility back to VideoBolt.

After PayPal denied my dispute on technical grounds, VideoBolt/Paddle cancelled my annual subscription entirely, revoking my access, without issuing any refund. Meaning I paid for a full year of service until January 2027 and received only days of it.

In short:
- Immediate notice (<24 hours)
- Reasonable partial refund request
- Paid annual subscription revoked by the processor
- No refund or communication issued
- PayPal is also a POS in this regard

This experience shows a complete lack of discretion, fairness, or consumer protection. Mistakes happen, and companies should not profit from honest errors while denying access to the service paid for.

I would strongly caution others before giving money to thieves like these.

Using the music visualiser mainly, which is fine but would benefit from including more options to edit some of the key functions.

Their deep understanding of the needs of everyone they work with makes collaborating with them both easy and enjoyable.

Edit: Everything worked fine on second bounce.

First bounce was only the preview and took an Hr. Second bounce took 20 minutes and the video is working. Frustrating start, service works.

From the first time I started promoting my music with Videobolt templates, to my most recent export, I stand blown away... So much that everyday, I check for new templates. As a singer-songwriter, I personally love their Lyric Video templates, and they are always customizable. The pricing is very good. All I can say is I've found an ever-growing library Music Visualizer templates that are giving my music the chance to shine brighter. Even if your budget is low, Videobolt is where it's at... Peace!

I absolutely LOVE Videobolt. Not sure what the 1-star votes are about. I use Videobolt anytime I need a quick, cool-looking logo reveal or slide show. It's always professional-looking, and I get asked all the time what I'm using to create them. I would be very upset if Videobolt went away!

If there were 10 stars I'd award Videobolt that. Slight learning curve but well worth the minimal effort. They offer a WIDE variety of expertly designed templates that are easily edited. The template creators on there often boast IMPRESSIVE resumes of working in big films and gaming. I was stunned to see a 1 star review. upon reading it, here's what I have to say.

You my friend are spoiled for choice. According to Gemini: "Spoiled for choice means having so many good options that choosing one becomes difficult, often leading to indecision or even reduced satisfaction, a concept known as choice paralysis, despite the luxury of abundant options. It's used to describe a delightful problem, implying you're lucky to have so many great alternatives to pick from."

This is an apt description of VideoBolt. You have literally hundreds of great alternatives from which to choose.

You guys are the best. The best thing is the speed and ease with which I can create my presentations thanks to your wonderful templates.

Once I find a suitable template for my music videos (3/4 minute or 20/30 second previews), I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately, finding the right template is very tedious (for me). It's a pity! But I haven't given up hope of finding a good guide yet. It would be easier, if you could not only see on the preview page, how many parts are editable, but which: photos or videos resp. number of photos and / or number of videos.
P.S. Great to hear that Videobolt is working on a better search system.

awesome place to work with

I subscribed to Videobolt after their website made it seem like I would have access to a wide range of customization options and 4K export capabilities. Once inside the platform, I quickly realized the customization is extremely limited — you can only change preset fields and have no real control over timing, transitions, or deeper template elements. This made the platform unusable for what I needed.

Another issue is that the subscription advertises exports “up to 4K,” but the majority of templates I tried were only available in 2K. This wasn’t clear until after I subscribed.

I contacted support immediately, explained that the service didn’t match my expectations or the advertised functionality, and hadn’t used any paid features. Unfortunately, they refused a refund despite their own refund policy stating that customers are eligible if they don’t receive the benefits of their subscription.

Paid for Years, Racked up lots of Credit (That I paid for) if you cancel you lose all the credits that you paid for and never used whats a scam

Shady company with glitchy, dated service. God forbid you run into a problem. It takes customer service DAYS to respond.

What they offer might have been cool circa 2011, but it is embarrassingly bad now, and the UI is about the most unintuitive I have ever seen. Constant crashes and losing hours of work.

WARNING: They will try to charge you for full-year subscriptions even after you have canceled. Customer service is very rude and basically calls you a liar.

UPDATE: I see they posted their boilerplate "reach out to us ..." reply. Did you even READ the review? I DID reach out to you and you called me a liar. All these one-star reviews with the same complaints speak for themselves. SCAM FACTORY.
