One week back i ordered 3 rugs from…
One week back i ordered 3 rugs from VidaXL, they couldnt give me exact delivery date after contacting them 3 times, the items still did come in time they stated 5-7 days.
But now the shock!!
The rugs were missing fibers all across the lines where they were bent into packaging, all 3 rugs. And they asked a lot of money for this rugs, but the quality is cheap Chinese fiber, no quality control, poor customer service.
This is the 2nd time i order from them, the last time i didnt bother when i ordered 2 office chairs and 2 screws were missing, i took the screews from my older chairs.
But this is unacceptable, i cant even use the rugs, going straight to the trash. Im waiting for a contact from them and a full refund.
I would add pictures if i could, they look like they have been used for 10 years and the fabric started to fall off.

Nice design, but awful instructions + bad quality of the boards
The design of the bed is good looking. But putting this together is another story. The bed comes with instructions that doesn't have correct display of what holes on the black wooden boards, that you get. They aren't numbered and look quite the same. So you can really relay on the instructions to put the boards together.
So when you figure that out, you realise after 5 hours that actually you got the map of 1 bed and 1 additional piece, that makes the design pretty. So in any case you get a lot of extra parts.
So if you started with the first map and assembled the whole bed, you have to reassemble everything again becouse that additional part comes instead of the pieces of first map, which remain at the end...
Anyway, this seems like a joke and if it wouldn't be such a problem reasseblme that all and send back i would return it, becouse also the boards are not painted well, are damaged and a few of them are also a little too short...
So maybe at lease give the costumers the accurate instructions with pictures that display everything as it should be. We were putting it together for 6 hours with 2 men that works in handy jobs...

Wardrobe Black 100 x 45.5 x 150 cm Solid Pine Wood
I'm highly disappointed with the wardrobe (clothes rack) I ordered. The wooden parts are of poor quality, badly painted (unpainted areas, leaving color on clothes), some of the screw holes are in the wrong places, some wooden parts don't fit together (too big). The screws are also of poor quality (head of the screw).
