The crank is difficult to turn. Constant problems... the rope has finally snapped.

Terrible customer service, I purchased what was supposed to be a oxidise stainless garden box. They sent me a regular stainless steel box that is not oxydize. When I asked to return it because it was wrong, they proceeded to tell me that the box was right and would oxidise over time and would not take the return. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a bed from vidaXL via OTTO and the product was defective, since it had a strong smell. After 2 months of airing the room, I contacted the service team to describe the problem and they offered a full refund upon return. I explained that it would be difficult to dissasemble the bed and pack it, which they understood, and they offered the full refund without returning the bed.
The quality of the bed wasn't good but overall they were open to my feedback and resolved the problem.

I was dissatisfied with the product. Customer service contacted me and refunded part of the purchase price. Fair enough! That doesn't make the product better, and I still think the quality could be better, But they care about my opinion and it helps to be seen. And if the critical issues will be solved I would recommend it

What an awful experience!!!! Made an order on 09.01.25. still no delivery as they choose worst company ever to deliver whatever you buy -Raben Group . There is no communication, no updates, no response to any way you try to get any info. Everyone is just apologizing but nobody knows where is my item or when it's going to be delivered and I spend more then 1000e,so careful if you want to buy something from them.
Finally, got my door left unattended in my front yard.
Wanted to edit my review in a maybe more positive tone but dimensions appeared out of standard so have to redo my entrance, meaning -instead of two hours job got four days job, still needs some touch up and cost itself a lot higher then expected.

The product I received had damage in a number of places, but I cnotacted vidaXL and they offered either to replace it or to reimburse me for the full price, so even though I wasn't happy with the product, I give the company five stars for their service.

I bought 2 flower pots as a set and had a friend put them together because I couldn't have done it on my own. Now, after a good 3 months, one of the flower pots has cracked/burst open on the side. I then sent a photo to vidaxl to complain! The answer I received was that I should please take both flower pots apart (which are obviously planted), pack them up and send them back! The value of the flower pot is around 45 euros! The whole effort is disproportionate and absolutely unreasonable! I have never experienced such bad service! I would definitely not buy from here again!!! I am still waiting for an answer/agreement

I ordered a TV stand and literally EVERY part was damaged.
I contacted customer service and they offered 10% refund. It looks like someone has been using it for 10 years. Absolutely disgusting, both the products and the service.

EDIT: After the customer support reached out to me I was partially refunded which I find fair enough considering the situation. Original comment was 1 star and now is 4 stars. Gotta give credit where credit's due, and that is that delivery time & customer support are definitely Good.

Ordered a 140x200 Bed, arrived quickly. Credit on this part, well done!
Began assembling the Bed, realised NONE of the parts and pieces are marked with either Numbers or Letters (even though in Instructions there are Numbers and Letters), this caused a LOT of delay because in order to assemble, I have to look 15 minutes for the part I really need.
Furthermore, some of the parts were missing, like wooden "screws" that put some parts together, so I had to improvise.
Additionally, there are NO holes in most of the parts where there should be holes! This is the most crazy thing for me! I've had to check instructions dozen times to make sure I am not crazy, but even there it's pictured that some parts should be screwed on certain parts where there are NO HOLES for the screws?!?! This caused excessive force of hammer and screwdriver to create MORE THAN 150 (yes that's right!) holes by myself, which bruised my right hand and it's a bit blue now as well!
Lastly, this is the climax of false marketing, because we actually bought this Bed ONLY for the storrage (drawers) underneath. It turns out the drawers are purely decorative, as they are absurdely baby-sized and an absolute joke, and anything can barely fit inside them.
The bed that should take 2 hours to assemble ended up taking 9 hours due to:
-unclear instructions
-missing parts
-and I can't believe I have to say this, but because there are NO HOLES to input screws where they need to be input
I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life of putting furtniture together, and don't take the following words for granted, but this assembly nearly broke me psychologically.
If I have to choose the only saving grace about this product, it's that it cost 164€, which some people might say "oh it's little money so quality is poor of course, makes sense", but for me 164€ is a lot of money and I expect a decent quality, especially when buying one-time-use furtniture.
The false marketing, however, is unforgiving.

I ordered the vidaXL Freistehende Markise 3x3 m Creme and it arrived quickly, however the quality is poor! In 2 weeks it started rusting, the stability is horrible as the stabilization posts are way too short. It also is very clunky to roll up and doesn’t roll up tight, so rain collects and the weight makes it look strained The concept is fantastic, it is only the quality that is not good! However, following my review, they responded immediately to try to help improve the situation! The service and responsiveness that I received was very good! I can recommend ordering from this company! I would give them 4 for service, but the product quality itself makes me rate my review as a 3.
