BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I placed an order for a console table and it arrived completely broken. There is no number to call. VidaXL responded to my online form and said that I must repackage, print a label, arrange shipment, and threatened to keep my money if they find the table comes back in bad condition. The irony is that they sent me a completely broken table with a box I can’t ship back in. They will not call me. They will not send me a label. They will not refund my money. Do NOT order from here. They are costing me money and time. I still have not gotten my money back and I am going to have to contact Amex to file a report to the BBB.

I love the extensive selection of unique designs made of real wood! The prices are totally reasonable for the quality of the materials. I have a small budget but was able to find many gorgeous options in my price range.
I had a minor problem with my reclaimed wood TV cabinet, and VidaXl corrected the issue almost instantly, offering me 3 different options. The furniture and the customer service are equally impressive.

With the exception of the directions not being very clear and the drawings being too small and one piece missing, everything else was wells done .
You sent the wrong size item and it was damaged and the packaging was in horrible condition.
I asked for a replacement and instead you processed it as a return and made me reorder it.
I have gotten multiple conflicting instructions from multiple people. It’s very frustrating.
I’m concerned about the product because it looks thin and cheap and like it won’t even hold dirt!

I bought through Kogan a black sink from VidaXL and found when if was removed from the packaging that what ai received and what they advertised were 2 different things....the sink I received has an overflow and cannot be used in the kitchen...no where in their description does it say that the sink contains an overflow..if it had I would not have bought it...after weeks of emails back & forth their resolution was to offer me a refund of a $150 for a $286 sink....what a joke....do not purchase from VidaXL or from Kogan there is no support or care for their customers at all....totally disgusted....

Terrible customer service! Dishonest experience for us!
I ordered a patio dinning table set. I never received a confirmation number and there is not a customer service number to call.
They could not find my order that was already paid in full.
Communication is only available via email or chatting. I only figured out available method of communication with this company, by contacting Paypal. Different employees in customer service handle customer requests and follow up replies. And it seems they do not read or do not receive the necessary information on the case, so you had to start all over again. Finally the pieces came delivered in multiple parcels and the final delivery was the remaining 4 chairs for the set but this box had all the rather unique screws and bolts missing. They claimed they were out of stock for these items, which was about two moths after the purchase. We decided to return the product. The said we have to pay for packing and shipping. It was explained to them that it should be on their end since they failed to fulfill the purchase. But they would not do it. As a last resource they offered little money I guess enough to cover for the purchase of these pieces. Of course will be have to research and find who sell these screws we need in order to purchase them.
TOTALLY A WASTE OF HOURS AND HOURS DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. TO JUST FIND NO RESOLUTION OR TO BE OFFERE A SOLUTION THAT FURTHER AFFECTS THE CONSUMER INTERESTS. WISELY I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. BY THE WAS THE CHAIR ARE NOT COMFORTABLE , TO INCLINED FORWARD. A MESS OF AN EXPERIENCE.

These are the biggest gangsters in the universe. DO NOT buy anything from them. After clearly explaining the issue with the goods (terrible quality, not fit for purpose), escalating the matter and wasting time and effort on 20+ e-mails I get a final answer - "To contact my insurance company" . So they have no regard for consumer law. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've wasted €800 and a lot of time. Do not make the same mistakes.

Why would I speak with my insurance company when you sold me defective goods?
I suggest you review EU consumer law. This is not addressing the issue. Replace the requested parts. You know exactly what they are.

The wardrobe closet we ordered had two of the same parts and was missing a piece we needed. The item was too big to pack up again and return so we requested that the missing piece be sent. Very disappointed to be told that it will take up to 10 days for the part to be shipped.
UPDATE: October 1
After I made a request to have a replacement sent for the missing part, we waited several days just to have the request rejected because they don't have individual parts in stock. So then we had to wait another few days for them to process sending a whole new box. We received the box only to find out that the new box had the same problem - two of the same pieces, making it impossible to put this wardrobe together. Now we have FOUR of the same part instead of one replacement part that is needed to build the frame of the wardrobe.
That's not the only problem. We reviewed all the pieces to double check and realized that some of the pieces were not lining up like someone forgot to cut where there was a perforation.
There was no quality control here in making this product. I'll have to toss this unit that occupied my room for two weeks in the garbage where it belongs.
The customer service person who stepped in seemed nice and I'm sorry she is working for such a crappy company.
If they don't issue a full refund, I will dispute the charge with my bank.

Very happy eith oromot delivery and product seems so easy to put together. I did not mean to pick one star. I thought if you touched far left star of 5, it meant 5-stars.
The only thing I would wish for is that the price was lower ,. Like $27 instead of $47, especially if you are willing to buy five at a time like I did, how about a volume discount. ?
I have one of these from VidaXL purchased a couple of years ago. The quality has disintegrated tremendously. A kitten the size of my hand has been able to knock it over (even weighted) because it is so wobbly and lightweight. It's a shame because the first one I purchased is handsome and sturdy.

The table itself isn’t our issue, the damage to the box, and as a result, lost hardware made it impossible to out the table together without a trip to Home Depot to get the required screws, bolts to attach the legs.

Item was received broken. Now the hassle of returning the item and possibly not being refunded the full amount.
The online shopping experience is discouraging and not really as convenient as one imagines.
The case is not really solved yet. I want full refund of my money. We shall see if tgat happens. Otherwise, i will take that dispute to the bank.
The costumer services tried thier very best to help. I will give them high mark for that.
The company's rating itself will depend on how its billing dept
judge this case.
Two products. Outdoor shower completely corroded inside in 9 months. Received $40 store credit after months long negotiation. With that purchased acacia cutting board that had several nails in it, many gaps in joints and damaged wood filled with wood filler. Had to refinish it. Not fit for gift as intended.

The metal wood shed was terrible quality. The first few days after construction, and placing the wood, it began to bend way out of shape and is barely standing. It's too difficult to remove all the wood, so we have to slowly empty it. TERRIBLE PRODUCT.
