Ordered Sunday with 48hr delivery, expected it Wednesday. Got an email from Royal Mail saying they received the item at 7.56pm Tuesday from V&I and failed to attempt delivery on Thursday (I guess they had too many deliveries that day!). Emailed V&I customer support asking for them to chase it up, no reply. Too late now.

I can only rate based on my experience, others seem happy, my experience was poor. Email is the only customer contact method, sent 1 on Sunday prior to order, sent another on Thursday chasing order, no reply to either + late sending out the item. 3* rating is generous. Your sales email (same address) came through, your after delivery email arrived, so it is not a lost in spam mail situation.

For others, if you need it sooner than 5 business days, plan ahead and don't assume that it will be sent earlier than 2 working days from payment, no matter what it says on the site.

For the owners, think about telephone support if you are not going to answer emails.

Well, get ready for an emotional one!
My brother kindly lent my son his Victory & Innsbruck box set for his prom. This was extra special as it was my brother’s tie and cuff link set that he had worn to his own wedding so extra extra special!!!! You can imagine my horror when my son come home missing one cuff link!!!!😩😭
I reached out the next day to Victory & Innsbruck to ask if it was possible to find these certain cuff links still as they were a couple of years old. Had the most amazing conversation via live chat customer service who helped me to pin point style and colour and found me them! Not only that, they sent them to me free of charge and despite me offering they wouldn’t take a penny for postage!
Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced and the empathy shown was tear jerkingly amazing!!!
We will be back to shop with you guys soon. Thank you so so much 💓

Absolutely brilliant company that sell brilliant quality items. I bought bow ties and ties for my wedding and over the moon with them. I can’t fault their customer service, very friendly and prompt response when I emailed with an issue even on a Sunday. I made a mistake by ordering a kids tie rather than an adults tie and emailed them once a realised. They got back to me straight away and corrected the order for me. I spoke with Jacob via email who was very helpful.

It's been over two weeks since I requested a sample, and unfortunately, it still hasn't arrived. When I look at the tracker, all I see is the notification stating:“Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.”This message hasn't changed in the last two weeks!If they can't deliver a sample, I think it's wise to reconsider placing a full order for our wedding.

Got my order today it looks great, had abit of an issue as the parcel got lost while it was at royal mail but I sent an email asking if they could chase up the package. Graeme was great quick to reply and kept me updated with everything that was going on and finally got it sorted for me. 100% will be buying from them again great customer service, really friendly and went the extra mile to get my parcel found and moved on. Even was told if it couldn't be found they would ship a replacement next day so I had it for the day I needed it. Will definitely recommend them to people to use.

A massive thank you to Graeme and the team for all their help. Due to a delivery issue, through no fault of theirs, I was worried about getting them on time. I expressed my concern with Graeme and he was AMAZING. He communicated with me consistently, got them resent to me and told me when to expect their arrival. Literally could not ask for more - what a great service!

Found this great company on line and ordered my set for a wedding when it arrived on time it didn’t disappoint great presentation and quality set highly recommend

We ordered the tie and pocket square sets from Victory & Innsbruck for our wedding in April. Initially we ordered a single box to try with my partners suit, and following deciding on this tie, we ordered a further 8 sets, which got us a discount with the bulk order. The items came arranged in a lovely box which was very nice to leave out for the groomsmen in their rooms the day before the wedding. The ties looked great on the day! Would defiantly recommend Victory & Innsbruck and we will likely purchase occasion ties from them again!

Item was out of stock that we wanted and Graeme followed up when back in stock (earlier than expected!) so 8x tiesets ordered for a very happy wedding party. Here's to the wedding day!

We had placed an order for tie gift sets and also individual ties for our wedding, when they arrived the gift set packaging was beautiful, the ties themselves are nicely presented but not in a gift box. I contacted the company and asked if there was any chance i could purchase some gift boxes to put the separate ties in to make then as nice as the gift sets. I spoke to someone called Graeme who was extremely helpful and on the ball, within the morning, he had spoken to the warehouse and managed to get me 5 gift boxes at a bargin price. Muchly appreciated! amazing customer service. The quality of the product is also worth mentioning! absolutely thrilled with all items recieved.
