Have emailed you about 10 times a frayjar banner emailed back saying would get a refund but nothing refund no response back … The diamond paintings where darker than the pictures sent absolutely crap company !!! Spent £31.98 on these diamond paintings which l couldn’t even do as they looked disgusting!!!

Ordered from here several times over the years never had an issue until now. Absolutely no response and have a damaged picture, I've emailed so many times asking for an update and on Facebook and their online form with no response. Will never order from them again

Have ordered many times from this company and not had any problems at all. Having spend over £500 over a year or two. Until my last order placed 3 weeks ago received very prompt but they sent the wrong item now having sent 5 emails & 5 message on their contact page absolutely nothing.

I ordered a diamond art product back in July and after about 2 weeks I was
Sent the wrong order so I contacted them twice straight away with proof and to this day I’ve never had a reply. It also came really creased because the box they put it in was too small.

In the end I’ve had to go through PayPal to get a refund, they didn’t even respond when I went through PayPal. I’ve finally been authorised my refund through PayPal today. Absolutely shocking service, be very weary of using this company.

I have written this same review on their website and it said it would be uploaded straight away but doesn’t seem to be on there as yet so thought I’d write a review here as well.

Hello Victoriamoons, I ordered a diamond painting and I asked if you could take the writing away and the loading sign , you said you could , the item came today, and it has the writing and loading sign , can you please rectify this?, with No WRITING AND NO LOADING SIGN thankyou , very slow to reply to emails ,

Very quick to send you emails asking for a good review but totally blank you if you email them about a problem. Avoid this seller at all costs

Great quality kit! Yes it took a while to arrive but was custom so I expected it. Been doing it a while now and here are the plusses over others I've had.

Colours are zip lock bagged individually already hallelujah! (Hate that at the start when they come in stupid plastic ribbons)

Diamonds are perfect. None stuck together, the odd random colour in bags but always expect that and so minimal.

Canvas is crystal clear and there aren't too many similar symbols, though I always use a light box anyway to make easier.

Stick is perfect, enough but not too much that you put a diamond down slightly off and can't move it.

No complaints at all!

I ordered 3 custom diamond paintings and paid over £70. They arrived and when I saw the colours of the drills/diamonds for the skin tones, it somewhat made me concerned but I thought I’d trust the process. Well, I finally started working on one of the paintings and the colours are way off the original image. They have given me an orange skin tone. Now I know I was slightly tanned in the photo but I was certainly not orange! Looking at the other paintings, it looks like I have the same issue with the colours on those too. In one of the others, it has given me a dark brown drill/diamond for my skin tone. I am Caucasian so it should be more of a peach colour. Can I get any response out of Victorias Moon - nope! I’ve tried messaging through their website 3 times to which I’ve had no response. I’ve tried emailing them twice for which I’ve had no response. I’ve messaged them on Instagram 3 times, to which I’ve had no response.

Their website states

“We always have someone on hand to answer your questions.
We believe in the timeliness of customer service,
and will do everything possible to satisfy our customers.”

Um, yeah sure!! Of course you do. That’s why over the course of the last 10 days, you’ve failed to respond to ALL of my correspondence.

In addition, they state they offer a Money Back Guarantee. So, how are you meant to get this if they don’t answer emails or messages.

This company is absolutely appalling and I tell you now to not waste your money on buying a custom diamond painting from them.

Asked for a review for product never received

I ordered a couple of items 45 days ago. This order has never been received. My tracking number with yodel is still showing it’s on the way to the depot. I have emailed Victoriasmoon three times enquiring about the order and in the last one requested a refund. I’ve have had no response to any of the orders. The only email I have received from them is asking for a review about my order??? Bit difficult to review something I haven’t received. I ordered quite a few items during the pandemic and never had any problems and was happy with what I received and that’s why I chose this company again. Well, I won’t be using again. It doesn’t help that there is no phone number to ring.

Colours all wrong who puts a boy in pink coat when photo sent was red girls socks grey dirty looking should have been white never finished it as it was not good enough to frame 100%guarantee rubbish never answered emails

I placed my first order with this company for some larger diamond art paintings. I spent over 100 pounds on 3 pictures and they all came mixed together in a plastic bag, not a box. All of the canvases were folded not rolled so loads of creases that won't come out, the chart is on an A4 piece of paper that has clearly been printed at home and the canvas is poor quality for the price charged. I have asked for a full refund and am waiting for a reply. This seems like a huge scam. Stick to reputable companies like diamond art club.

I ordered a custom kit from this company in the ROUND dill and they sent me 1 bag of square dills in my kit so my kit is incomplete! I’ve reported this to the company and they promised to send me the bag of missing round dills and I’ve received NOTHING! I will NEVER order from this company again ! Very poor service!

I have placed an order with this website and have heard nothing from them since they took my money.
IO have emailed multiple times over the last week now and no-one has replied with an answer.
I checked them out before purchasing and they seemed a good company.
I will not use them again and it looks like they have taken my money so I am out of pocket.

I ordered 3 custom diamond painting and was very impressed with the results! The delivery was relatively fast and each colour of beads came in a separate resealable bag, which is very hand.
I've just ordered another 3 because I was so impressed.

Second time ordering from here. Have ordered diamond paintings from different sites which were more expensive and nowhere near as good in terms of quality and size. Very pleased with my purchase and will stick to ordering from here from now on.

After waiting 14 days for my personalised order from this company, I received an email from Yodel saying it had been delivered!!! UPDATE: The package was delivered 16 days from ordering and the quality is first class! Well packaged and good quality canvas. After inspection, I conclude that I will be ordering more!

I feel so sad writing this review because there are so many positive ones and the products look good. I ordered a personalised gift for my niece on December 11th and it hasn't turned up. I am a mixture of angry and disappointed and I won't use this company again. I ordered in good time and it's still not here and it's too late to buy another (thoughtful) present.

To date I have ordered nine Diamond painting kits.. they were amazing.
During lockdown and now.. best thing I did.
Framed the finished paintings and gifted them to family who totally love them.
Really helps relax the mind..

avoid at all costs, they use yodel , this delivery company are the worst and claim my item weas delivered sat , it was not this yodel and victoria moon companies dont have customer service phone numbers, so avoid if they have no number for you to ring them problems that always arise with yodel delivering you stuff take months to sort out as u cant get hold of yodel of victoria moon by phone , getting money back from bank now

Absolutely loved the picture of my daughter and grandson that I purchased and completed from Victoriasmoon Diamond Painting. Very relaxing and good for the mind if you’re an over thinker like me.
