I bought 2 curtains from them via Amazon (they're a marketplace seller). The curtains arrived but weren't as described. Viceroy initially refused to accept a return and when they did they refused to refund my return postage costs. To get the product refund I had to involve Amazon as Viceroy stopped returning my emails.
Shocking, law breaking company. Use at your own risk.

I ordered and paid for 2 super king duvet covers and received 2 pairs of old stock marked pillow cases !! I tried to get a refund and in desperation I was even prepared to accept the pillow cases and get a refund for the difference in price between the duvet covers and the pillow cases. However, I got absolutely no where with customer services and can only believe that this was not a genuine mistake but a deliberate way of getting rid of old unwanted stock at the customers expense. Avoid this company !!

MY item never arrived, viceoroy ignored my emaisl and simply blamed the courier.

I didnt order off the courier!!!

Ordered a mattress. It never arrived. Contacted them through Amazon, their phone number, their email addresses to no avail. Delivery has been misleadingly listed twice. They sent a tracking link which showed the product hadn't even been dispatched even after 10 days. Still waiting for delivery.

I saw a lovely duvet set on Ebay under seller named viceroybedding but they didn't have it in King Size. No idea if the Ebay user is related to this website, but the website had the same duvet in stock in the size I wanted, so I ordered. After doing so, I saw bad reviews on here and got worried in case I wouldn't receive it. Therefore, I emailed them the day after placing my order. I received a prompt email reply saying it had been dispatched and providing the tracking number. I got the duvet set in the post pretty quick (via MyHermes) and it's lovely; 100% cotton, looks great, washes well and seems to be decent quality.

I agree with the last review disputing the points that the negative reviews have made regarding this Company and its products. I have been using their 7.5 tog goose feather and down summer duvet for months now and it is beautiful, the best duvet I have ever had. I don't see how feathers can escape as stated in some of the reviews, goose feathers are much too big to get through the casing (which is lovely cotton and excellent quality). There is no smell at all, I have just received the 13.5 tog that I ordered a few days ago and the same goes for this. I have contacted the Company on two occasions and each time found the person who answered my call to be helpful and polite. I could not find any negative points to report whatsoever.

I bought a goose feather/down from Viceroy Bedding. It's absolutely fine. No nasty smell from it. No feathers poking out. Lovely and cosy to sleep under. I am very surprised by all of the bad reviews on here. I am also a bit suspicious that they aren't all genuine.

I bought a kingsize duvet from this company which is supposed to be 10.5 tog. My girlfriend always complained that she was cold with this duvet so the other day I held it up to the light and noticed it is almost entirely empty in the middle. It may have 3 or 4 squares which are 10.5 tog but most of them are more like 1tog. It was expensive and terrible sadly too late to return.

My friend bought me a gift which was a very nice duvet which was purchased through Amazon.co.uk from Viceroybedding. It is a luxury Double (200cm x 200 cm) 13.5 tog was pure 100% Hungarian Goose Down. The purchase price was £134.95 + £5.95 delivery and was purchased on 21st January 2017. I used the duvet for three weeks and then was on holiday in Florida for three months, returning on 25th May, 2017. I have since then used this duvet which I am confident is not designed to do the job it should. It is definitely faulty. I really tried to like this duvet as it had been promoted as being a very light but warm duvet. I have no idea if the duvet I possess is a faulty one, but I cannot believe anyone would use it as it is. It immediately began to shed very small feathers. And then more feathers. As I liked the duvet I went to Dunelm here in Hull and purchased a duvet protective cover for £16.00. It appeared to work for less than a week, and then the feathers were literally pouring out of it. I know they were floating down whenever I made my bed. These feathers settled on the duvet cover, the furniture, the carpet, everywhere. I could see them on a sunny day in the air. My four year old grandson stays every weekend and his bed is alongside mine. His bed is covered in the feathers. Again I went to Dunelm and purchased another duvet protector. Indeed I have now purchased three duvet protectors. And they are all on the duvet. Plus the duvet cover as well. The duvet is no longer ‘light’ it is very heavy with these protectors on it. And still the feathers keep on coming through all the protectors and the duvet. This is ridiculous. I now go to bed with a lint roller and rolls of sellotape. I use one lint roller every night as well as several lengths of sellotape. I have to clean my sheets with the roller, the underside of the duvet cover, and the cover itself and my Grandson’s bed. This takes me 45 minutes every day. We both wake up in the morning and begin sneezing. I am certain this is because we are breathing in little feathers, up our nose, inside our mouths and in our ears. At this stage I am beginning to believe it is a hazard to our health. I am in my seventies and this really is a unhealthy situation to be sleeping in.

Obviously I told my friend and she wrote to Viceroybedding through Amazon as requested and they have not even had the courtesy to reply. I have now gone to Trading Standards as this damn duvet is not fit for its purpose. Indeed I think my next step is the Health & Safety deparment. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APPALLING COMPANY. Especially when there are so many more to choose from.

Purchased a double fitted sheet, it was very poor quality and parts of it was almost in holes as it was that thin. Contacted them numerous times were told they would send a replacement sheet out, it never arrived. They do not return your calls.

I bought two reversible, armchair covers. On one, the white padding material is coming through the black outer fabric. It cannot be removed because when I attempt to brush or pull it off, more comes through.
I sent photographs via e bay, and asked Viceroy Bedding what I should do to get a replacement. I have had no response after a number of weeks

Lowest quality feather duvet. Smells like they left animal parts inside the cover! Emailed company- no response. Purchased through eBay so no return postage costs and guaranteed my money back but please, AVOID THIS COMPANY (I use that term loosely!).
Poor, poor, poor and poor standard goods that are not fit for purpose.

No service for faulty goods

I purchased a pair of fitted sheets and found the first was not colourfast, emitting much brown dye. No answer to my email of complaint; when I finally got through by phone, I was promised a replacement. Nothing came.
I was going to return both sheets for a refund, but reading other reviews I now realise that would likely be pointless, and just mean more wasted time and money.
So, cursing the name Viceroy, I shall throw the sheets away.
I wish I had checked the other reviews beforehand!

Ordered goods 26th Feb, it snow 23rd March and still no goods. Called the company, they could'nt find the order and didn't sound like they cared either, will call me back when they find the order, 3 days later no phone call. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with and will never use them again and suggest no one else does.

Awful seller. Does not refund return postage for faulty products. Avoid at all costs!
I'm now out of pocket AND have no item! Communicates well until they have received the item back then doesn't answer email or call s.

Amazing service but I think half of these reviews are lies... viceroy bedding never awnsered my calls but they sent my delivery within 2 days and I'm really happy with the quality will definetly recommend and use again thankyou.

I ordered on sunday- it's now Friday and my items have still not arrived and I can't reach anyone for an answer.

On the 16th Of October,I ordered a 7.5 Duvet for the colder nights ahead...I never received it...so contacted Viceroy bedding by e-mail...The dispatch date was well past...So they told me they would dispach a replacement on the 2nd of Nov...So I waited and never received the Duvet..To today 17th of Nov I have never received a Duvet..I have sent another e-mail asking for a refund..but they are saying they will send a replacement by a different courier...I think I will never get a refund and never get a duvet...I cannot they have conned a OAP....

Bought the Egyptian duvet and sheets excellent value and quailty
