Ordered set of tires and rims they came without issues but the suspension kit didn't come and wasted my 40 days. They returned my money. The trace and track fee didn't return if I remember correctly.

Complete Scam. Purchased clear swimming hand paddles for £17.99 on 1st May 2026.
Never received a confirmation email, but I have bank statement, to evidence that I was charged for them. Never received. Completely ripped off.

Half a refund for the wrong product
If you are ordering an item that is dependant on measurements take a screenshot of what you have ordered. The product in the order confirmation is clearly dynamically linked to their website, so if this updates then so does your order. If course, they deny this.
Not only was the product that was sent a completely different size to what I know I ordered, it's not even the size it's supposed to be so entirely unusable. The size I ordered is no longer on their website.
They are not keen on issuing refunds - offerrd half of what I paid and not the full amount - or a full voucher amount. This is no use as I'll not be shopping there again.
On the plus side, shipping was quick and could track the parcel.
