LOVE VIBRAM FIVE FINGERS SHOES

Ordering was straightforward. Delivery was quick. I was hesitant to order without being able to try on, but I measured my foot and the size was perfect. I LOVE VIBRAM FIVE FINGERS SHOES. Been wearing them for probably 15 years now.

great purchase

originally bought my original size then with advice from the vibram team and advise on best way to get them on i bought a size up and really happy. cant wait to wear them around. :-)

Great product / Terrible Aftercare Support

Great product, terrible after-care support and web functionality for a refund request

I've tried to email about a refund request for a pair of vibrams which fit too tight.

It's been 7 days and I've still not received any response after my initial email explaining that there was no option for me to submit a refund request

I've emailed another two times since and submitted a contact request form and still haven't heard back

I love Vibram FiveFingers

I love vibram, the only problem is they run out of the cute styles so fast! I have been wearing fivefingers for 15 years now and I can't imagine wearing any other shoe daily. I will stand by these are the best shoes in existence, please never stop selling them!

Terrible Service

I paid for expedited 2 day shipping. It took over a week for it to be delivered and once delivered the package was open!!!!!

Horrible customer service & horrible…

Horrible customer service & horrible sizing. This is the second time i order Vibrams & the sizing is off because i went off of the sizing guide. Also need to return my recent order & it is seeming impossible to do so

They flopped

Inconsistent sizing makes it impossible to choose a correct size and return policy is very confusing and unfair. I don't recommend buying if you cant physically try them on

Super fast shipping

Super fast shipping. I was skeptical with these shoes but i have a friend that wears them while she works.Waiting tables and hiking and she says she never takes them off.And every time I see her , she's in them so I wanted to try him and I absolutely love mine. I bought 2 pair and 2 for my adult son.

There support sucks

There support sucks. I had placed a order and requested update of delivery address 5 min of placing order. I was confirmed that they will communicate to warehouse to route the order. Yet they shipped to wrong address. I have still not received either the product nor I am refunded. Worst experience ever.
