If i could give a lower rating i would

If i could give a lower rating, I would. I've been trying to get in contact with anyone who is able to help me for the last 2 and a half months and this has been one of the worst experiences of my life. So bad that I legitimately would tell people to steer away from buying anything Vibram because as soon as something goes wrong and you need help from customer support, it is impossible to get any response let alone help.

Vibram ghosts ist customers

Only the facts:

Feb. 22nd, 2025: Bought my new Vibrams with order #02698170. Amount paid: 190,00€.

May 13th. 2025: One seam at the toe-box is defective. Emailed e-commerce at vibram.com, as the website suggests, on and included photos.
Reaction: Automated mail: "Dear Customer, thanks for contacting Vibram, bla bla bla...."

May 26th. 2025: Sent additional photos of the defect.
Reaction: Automated mail: "Dear Customer, thanks for contacting Vibram, bla bla bla...."

June 18th, 2025: Sent third mail, requesting status.
Reaction: Automated mail: "Dear Customer, thanks for contacting Vibram, bla bla bla...."

June 27th, 2025: Sent fourth mail, requesting status.
Reaction: Automated mail: "Dear Customer, thanks for contacting Vibram, bla bla bla...."

Judge by yourself.

The story continues:
July 31st. 2025: After contacting Vibram directly via Facebook-Chat I finally got a reaction: "Hi Martin, thanks for reaching out! Our e-commerce department will contact you soon via official email." An email followed, asking me to send the defective product to Vibram.

August 6th 2025: According to the tracking service, my parcel arrived at Vibram's store.

August 13th 2025: Thirteen days have passed since then.
No reaction.
No mail.
No message.
Nothing.

August 21st 2025. Reply from Vibram:

"Good morning, thank you for the recap. Our offices are currently closed, which is why you haven't received any updates since August 13th. You will receive the refund next week once the package has been properly inspected. Thank you for your patience and have a great day."

October 29th 2025:
Nothing happened. No refund, no mail, nothing.

Good product / terrible customer…

Good product / terrible customer service.

I like their products.. also kind of agree with the company motto.

So, why not; even if I’m living in the Netherlands I decided to buy direct form Vibram EU instead from one retailer. I thought, why not, this will help them to make a difference… so I bought a couple of shoes.

They never arrived, after two weeks waiting I email them. It took a couple of days to answer. The result: more than a month and I got just a half of my refund. I’m still waiting for the other half.

Very unsatisfied about their customers service. I’ll probably never buy from them.

Actually no star

Actually no star! I ordered via eu.vibram store official headquarter in italia. The package contained a worn!!! Pair which are broken and stink like hell. I couldn’t reach the customer care yet! I’m angry and disappointed!!! What weired people send their worn shoes back? What horrible company sends them as new to a new customer…I really don’t believe it!!!

Can't Recommend. Wrong Item Sent and No Return Support Offered

I've ordered 2x pair of shoes, however the wrong sizing was sent. Naturally, I've contacted the support requesting for a return label, however little support was offered.

Most e-mails, were not replied, phone calls always led to a "please send us an e-mail", and ultimately the few responses I received were either meaningless / incomplete feedback.

After about 8 contact requests using different communication channels (phone, e-mail, website contact form), I managed to return the items and get a refund. However, I had to resort to my credit card protection and ended up paying for the return labels, which to be honest should have been covered by Vibram, as it was their mistake to send the wrong sizing, not mine.

Won't buy again from here ever again, and strongly discourage anybody else from doing so.

Avoid this if you don’t want to be cheated

Ordered 2 pair of shoes online from their website and 1 pair was delivered.however the pair that was delivered was not the model I ordered.i had heard good things about the product and was excited to use it but this experience just leaves me disappointed as my money was deducted and the item was not delivered to me.i requested delivery in Dallas .would suggest people to avoid ordering online from Vibram if you do not want to loose your money like I did.

Terrible service

I can see by the other reviews that others share my poor experience with this terrible company. I've been waiting for a refund since early August. They don't respond to emails, rarely answer the phone and seem to be incapable or unwilling to process a refund for me despite assurances that they would do so.

This is the worst possible customer…

This is the worst possible customer service you can have. I have been waiting for a refund since 09 July. None of the below including facebook correspondence are capable of solving this issue. False promises, crap service, misleading information on the European site and of course still no refund received after CS acknowledged refund was due! They don't care as they are incompenent.

mediocre to poor quality, atrocious and rude service

the "service - employee" falls into the word and there is no excuse on the side of the so-called "service", if something is not working as it should!
Mails will be answered many days later or on demand only!
PayPal - payment does not exist, therefore the customers can not receive money back in a simple way, have to wait for weeks - the money works for FiveFingers ...
The quality of the shoes is also only mediocre to poor and obvious defects (at some shoes came off the seams, recent case: after 7 days) will not be accepted as such, the free repair or replacement denied!
The color of the shoes staining the white socks after 30 minutes only!
Production in Asia is often a guarantee for mediocre or poor quality and
here is not the customer but rather the company center of attention!!!
