I am unable to access my account, despite having paid for a monthly subscription. The support team responded to my problem promptly, and I am getting a refund for the issue. Furthermore, it is a good software to create shorts.

It turns out that I wanted to cancel my payment and get my money back, I sent them an email and thinking that it would be a hassle to get it back, the support responded incredibly quickly and well, it is something that is really appreciated a lot, greetings to Emman from the support team.

I asked for a refund on the subscription and i got it because i forgot to cancel it. They responded withing a day. Really good service

I was having issues with canceling my membership, but i went into the discord and had Emman get to me really quick, and solve my issue quick as well. the support was amazing. while having the membership it was so easy getting my videos set up for me. Will be buying the membership again very soon!

I am 100% positive I cancelled during the 7 day free trial and yet they charged me. And now they're arguing over email saying I never cancelled. The worst part is I have no idea if it's still truly cancelled or not because it gave me the same message then as it does now. They have no confirmation emails so it's my word against there's. I issued a charge back and hoping for the best.

absolute scammers buy the trial and then after I wanted to quit it was so bad. They kept on charging my card over 12 times how down bad can you be.

4/5 stars, It worked super well and makes ranking videos very simple. However, I ran into a few problems while downloading but I contacted them and they got it fixed pretty much right away and they extended my free trial so I very much recommend.

The website itself is really easy to use and has a extremely good interface. Definitely my go to when it comes to video making.

Customer service is top notch too, both quick and effective.
