Excellent service
Excellent service. The person running it is kind and helpful in providing information about the various courier companies. Also the opening times are very convenient for working people.

Reliable and friendly neighbourhood drop off
I can always rely on him to see that my parcels are returned safely. A nice bonus, that he always gives our dog treats when we stop by :)

It's great that they are close to where I live, I can count on getting my package in any case and at any hour. The nice people are just a bonus.

Probably my parcel was stolen
Track and trace code shows that my package hasn't left the ViaTim parcel point located on Elzenstraat 38-1 Amsterdam for already one week! I haven't received any information regarding whether the package was stolen or how it got lost.
Every time I try to call customer service, I have to wait at least 10 minutes, and when it happens that someone picks up the phone, still no one is able to help me. DPD told me to contact ViaTim, and ViaTim told me to contact DPD. It's incredibly frustrating.
Additionally, ViaTim advised me to use WhatsApp, but I haven't received a response to my message for several days.
