I ordered five pairs of socks for my diabetic friend for Christmas. I wanted him to try out a pair and with the help of his VON nurse, it took five minutes to get them on as they were without any stretch. They didn’t even cover his calves.
Of course I couldn’t return or refund due to their policy which is never brought up when purchasing. These are expensive socks.
Never support this company again

Had compression socks, wore them for 2 weeks, already a hole in them. Nice design but that's very disappointing.

CAREFUL - NO REFUNDS: The socks were attractive and comfortable, but do not meet my needs for compression. I was very disappointed to learn that they will not provide refunds for unused socks.

The compression socks were not true to size. They do not take returns or issue refunds. So I’m out all my money with socks I can’t wear. Only one pair was taken out of package all others were still in the package.

We ordered 2 pair to get 3 free. My husband struggled to get his on, but was successful eventually. I could NOT get mine on! After much struggling I could not get them off, from as far up my leg as I initially got them. Only one leg, before I gave up. The size was correct, but getting them on and off - impossible. Not happy!

Placing an order for Viasox compression sox was easy.
Unfortunately, the product was of inferior quality. I received my Sox on Monday and by Saturday I was emailing the company showing pictures that the sox had already started to fray and ball. I knew they had a no return policy but I thought quality control might be a different matter. I received a prompt reply and was offered replacement sox. Happy with that, but beware, the product is of very poor quality. I am a little disappointed as I would expect more from a Canadian company.

I ordered 3 anklet socks and 2 compression socks size small. I wear a size 9. The compression sock was very hard to get on and off. The sock cut into my skin and left marks on my leg. If you wear a size 9 I recommend you size up. Big waste of my money for me since the socks are not returnable, even if not worn. The anklet socks were very nice.

You have nothing for adult men unless they are three foot two inches tall and vey tiny feet. I own about 8 pairs now. I was gonna buy maybe 8 more but when I looked all you have now are for an infant. Why advertise if you have any product!?!? you gonna drive a lot of existing customers away with this bull....

I love the socks. They are so comfortable and once I ordered the right size they fit well. Have to admit if it wasn’t buy one get one I would not spend $30 for a pair of socks. I love not having the ring around my ankle or calf when I take off the socks.

The socks are very soft, supportive and comfortable, shipping time was good but my only complaint is having my phone blown up on a daily basis with annoying ads. I bought 5 pairs, I don't need harassment to buy more or about their seasonal collection stock. I unsubscribed from texts.

Ordered these for the first time and absolutely loved them! So I ordered more. Fun designs and very comfortable. One complaint: today I am wearing a pair that I’ve only worn twice before and the stitching on one side is fraying badly. I feel they will come apart quickly. Hoping it’s a one off. I have washed these in cold water and hung to dry as per instructions

I will never order from this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to order from them. It's not that their products are bad. I have ordered their plain black socks and been happy with them. However, my last purchase was not satisfactory. My complaint with the company is their return, refund, and exchange policy. When I wrote to inquire about a refund or exchange I was told they don't do either one. They said that because the quality was so good they stood behind them, but would not accept returns or exchanges. If they are standing behind their products, then they should listen to their customers and give good customer service. This was not good customer service. After several correspondences with them they asked if I would send pictures and describe what was the problem and take a picture of the mailing label. I had already thrown away the mailing label and described what the problem was. There was no reason to take a picture of either pair. I have never known a company that would not make an exchange or refund to make their customers happy. I'm glad others have had good experiences. But as for me I will never buy another pair of socks from them. If I could give them zero stars I would do so.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE SOCKS!!!!!! I HAVE 24 PAIR NOW HAD 26 BUT SHARED DUPLICATES WITH FRIENDS! TRYING TO GET THEM ON BOARD WITH THESE SOCKS! THEY ARE SO COMFY!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE I BUY THE EASY STRETCH ONES! THEY DO SLIDE DOWN BUT JUST SLIGHTLY VERY SLIGHTLY! AND THEY ARE SO CUTE TOO!!

I do like the circumference fit but I ordered the L which is women's size 10-12 shoe. The heel piece is farther back on my ankle not fitting my heel. They also roll around so the bottom ends up on the side of my foot. I also can't find where I can buy them with Affirm like I did the 1st time I ordered.

I bought the compression stockings and ordered by my shoe size. I am not sure but I think these are intended for a hundred pound person with super long legs. I wear a doctor prescribed 20/30 mmhg compression stocking on my left leg so I wanted these for my right leg. These are almost impossible to get my foot into and are much harder to put on then the one on my left leg. Forget about getting them past the ankle. I am 5’10 and these would be too long for me if I could even get them that high.

The sox are extremely comfortable.

Had an issue recently, and thankfully it finally made its aay to Angel. Angel is one of their best customer support agents. Explains everything and solves issues like a professional.

I received my order, but was missing a couple items from a “Buy 2 get 4 free” special that I added. I messaged customer support on a Sunday, not expecting to hear back for a day or two. Surprisingly, I received an almost immediately response from customer service promising to make things right. After verifying the items in my order, they quickly processed the items I was missing. Viasox customer service is stellar. They were wonderful in dealing with my issue and keeping me informed. The socks are wonderful and I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Highly recommended!!

I enjoy the fact that these socks are soft and durable as well as reasonably priced for the type of sock they are.

I do have 2 minor complaints. I ordered a M for myself and they shipped a size S/M which are tighter than the M, if ai wanted a smaller M I would have ordered that size.

With each wash I need to trim the excess yarn that wasn't tied off properly upon construction of the socks. I can't upload photos to explain this statement better.

Socks looked like just what I was looking for after many ill fitting socks purchased. These are no different from the others. I have wide calves and these (Diabetic socks) don't come all the way to my knee, so, they keep sliding down. Love the prints, not the fit. The compression is ehh.

Excellent product and quality service! I love the beautiful colors and fun patterns. My legs and feet love the great easy on compression socks for day and easy stretch socks for warm softness in the evening. No more struggle with binding and pinching compression socks! Just happy legs and feet now!
