I'm running a small business, since the last two year am using a Viasky Dedicated server. Viasky provides me with good support and a very quick response.

Very bad experience so far, bought a server on Friday 12 November, and currently is Monday 15 and still nothing, I was contacted by Support on Saturday saying that my server would be delivered on Today (Monday), it's 7 PM and nothing, plus their live support does nothing beside asking you to make a ticket which then they supposedly send to support but no one contacts you. I will wait for my server to be delivered today and if it gets delivered i will reconsider changing my rate here. In case it's doesn't i will just open a dispute on PayPal. Stay away from this site.

Be care, they anounces a servers with a specifications, and when you receive the server finally is a server with lower specifications, normally people don't check that, we had much customers with this situation!

This company is providing servers which are 3x slower than this hardware should be. I have created a ticket about this and they said that it has been fixed, even when its still the same. I have requested refund, and it has been denied, as the refund is possible only 3 days after purchase, even when I contacted them only few mins after I paid. Refund should be issued also when there is a problem which they cannot solve, which happened, but they denied it either.
They are either splitting the threads to multiple ones to sell to more people or they are changing the CPU model info somehow.

Pain in ass Server that i pad 30€ for, runs like single core pentium

Total thieves, took £1400 from us and wont refund even though they have admitted a mistake. Tomorrow I send the full ticket messages and also the personal chat. Ive tried to resolve for 3 hours... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They run a scam where they double charge you every month and promise you credits for the extra fee - and then the next month they double charge you again. 3 months in a row that I have been double charged - they refuse to refund so I will be charging back via my credit card company and paypal - AVOID THEM

Delivered a VPS instead of dedicated server. When I cancelled the service they still charged me the next month and refused to refund the extra month they took. I had to open a case via PayPal.

ordered a "Dedicated server" have nothing but errors all over the place.
asked for a refund about 3 times and all they are saying is either, send a screenshot or try this server.

it's unfortunately got to the stage where I must let everyone know about these guys.
I think its controlled and operated by one guy called Davood Abid.

I will not stop asking them about a refund.
I will never be using or recommending this "company" to anyone.

Hello PayPal : this company is a group of scammers, i've ordered Intel Xeon E5-2680 v2 (16 vCPU) 48 GB ram (windows server 2019). I got a different server which is 8vCPU and 16 GB ram (expired windows 2016)! when i chat with the support they ask you to wait for to fix , after dozens of tickets i didn't get what i've paid for . 1st fix : upgraded 16 ram to 48 ram 2nd fix : activated windows using cracking software! 3rd fix : fixed networking issue 4th fix : changed processor to another processor (not the one i ordered) 5th fix : again upgrade windows to 2019 (not activated) 6th fix : activated windows using cracking software! i thought: ok, although it's not what i ordered, still good for the price. when i connect to the server and checked server performance i found that my i7 quadcore 16 GB ram is 3x times faster than the server. i send them and they asked me to wait! asked for refund,, no answer finally they disconnected my server and never connected again ! i am happy to send you username and password to check everything . thank you very much

I order Dedicated Server from here Netherlands-dedicated-servers(NDL1 Plan of 27.99 euro, Actual price 29.99 but this was a welcome offer so 27.99) but they gave a virtual dedicated server with a fake configuration, that product was displayed there and the actual product was different. They were claiming early that it's real but it's fake. They are providing fake Dedicated Servers with fake configurations or say virtualized servers as dedicated servers which is totally wrong.

Guys who are reading this might think to try this Dedicated Server and take risk as coz of their pricing, but I suggest you don't take this risk, coz calculated risk should be taken.
This is totally fraud, stay away with this.

If you want to buy then also and if they provided fake server then immediately cancel that ask them for refund and at the same time Open Dispute Case In PayPal, so that money is on hold

Never buy anything from Viasky.

In my opinion the best cloud platform. Superb performance, excellent network, best price/performance, and a feature-rich platform.

The only downside which you have to take into consideration is their DDoS protection. It is practically non-existence against sophisticated attacks.

SCAM! Stay away from this company like the plague. Selling virtualised servers as "Dedicated Servers" They will lie to you try to get more money out of you etc. Horribly business.

Ordered RDP with 500GB HDD and they gave me with 25GB HDD and wrong CPU core, after fixing the server config i just logged and used RDP for 1 day,
after that cant connect to the RDP, im stuck with live chat and they say just wait repeatdly, lol

Great Servers and support team is very helpful and fast.

After I paid for a "Cloud dedicated server" I had to wait for one hour to receive it. The first thing I noticed is that my 16 core server has only 14 cores. Well, maybe there are reserved for something, I thought, I have never had "cloud dedicated server" before... I have set up my stuff and noticed that it's running much slower than it should be. I have run sysbench and found out that it's running 2-3 times slower than the CPU should run. I have opened a ticket about this, and after some hours I got an answer that the issue has been fixed. My server had 16 cores but it was still slow. I have opened a ticket again and they again responded that it has been fixed. This has repeated several times, I have always explained in more detail, they always replied the same or similar thing with the same grammar errors. It has been never fixed. I have requested a refund and still waiting for it to this day. I highly recommend staying away from this server provider.

When i pay, they ignore me

Gave me the wrong credentials
Gave me the wrong credentials. After fixing the credentials, I was given the wrong server.

After given the correct server, I was given the incorrect credentials.

After complaining for a refund I was asked to explain myself multiple times.

Now Im stuck with junk that I can't log into and I can't even get a refund.
