I am pleased with the work the tech did for me. It looks like everything has been taken care of and the problems I was having are gone.

I purchased a few softwares from them for my computers and i was really happy since they did not charge me a single penny for the installation and demo of the softwares.Moreover they also gave me a complimentary support for the softwares that i purchased. I have been working with them for last few months and i really like what they do for me.

These Buggers are Scammers. They first Remotely infect your computers with Virus or send Popups on Explorer screens. When you call them as per the msg in popup, They claim to be computer techs associated with well-known company like Microsoft. They say that they’ve detected viruses or other malware on your computer to trick you into giving them remote access or paying for software you don’t need like Norton.

These scammers take advantage of your reasonable concerns about viruses and other threats. They know that computer users have heard time and again that it’s important to install security software. But the purpose behind their elaborate scheme isn’t to protect your computer; it’s to make money but selling softwares and support associated with it.

Please dont fall in for their tricks and just try to restart the computer or call the number given on real Microsoft websites for a real solution.

I also got some popup with a different number claiming to be apple support.But i called Viar and they helped me understand the problem,that it is a popup on browser and helped me unlock my computer. They provided me with a free Norton as well with the services that i love and enjoy for all my devices.They are a one stop shop for all my devices.

First they have those pop-ups to call them. You know they detected a virus on your system and need to call right now. Then they try to sell you overprices software. $150.00 for norton when its only $35 on the norton store. Then there's the $800 5 users 5 year care security. They sold this to an elderly friend of mine. He only has one computer. Thank fully he got his money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH VIAR INFOSYSTEMS INC

When my iMac froze, I was terrified. Trying to get free, I was prompted by a message box from Apple to an 877 number, which connected me to Albert (and James) who released my computer and installed Viar safety screen against future such (gotta say it:) terrorist attacks. They talked me thru every step of the way.
Time will tell, but I'm up and running, and glad this experience only cost around $300.
So now I can sleep nights again! And work my key board by day . . .
