We had a pleasant stay in the Inntel Hotel Amsterdam Zaandam and in the city. It was an original hotel with a professionnal team. Everyone was kind and received a good service from them. The room was perfect. We have all that we need. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. And the waterfall at the back of the restaurant gave originality also at the hotel.
Concerning the city, there were lot of things to visit specially the mills.
The landscapes were beautiful.
Personeel was super vriendelijk.

Dearest reader, hopefully it was just bad luck. Although my first booking via luxury wasn't a pleasant surprise.
We arrived and at check in at approximately 17.00. The hotel did not receive our preferences and requests. Obviously bad communication between LUXURY and the hotel. The services at the hotel is far from 4 stars. They asked me as a guest to arrange the dietary wishes with the kitchen. When the senior employee stepped in things went smoother.
Then the hygiene in the rooms. That need improvement! Within entering the room i spot a hair on our bed sheets, opening them it was obvious that one of the pillow case wasn't changed at all. More hair there.
Luckily we got a room upgrade.
Not that that room was cleaner. Also the bathroom the toilet paper holder was broken.
Then we went for dinner. The food in the restaurant is so basic and tasteless. And at first there was nothing to eat for my friend du to food intolerance. Luckily the stuff in the restaurant was kind and helpful.
My friend did get sick after the visit so probably the breakfast did have some soy, lactose or gluten.
So thank you kindly Luxury for not communicating properly with the hotel. I feel that part is on you.
After this first LUXURY experience I am doubtful if I will book again through your platform.
The trust is gone.

Very pleasant stay. My wife and I enjoyed the pool and gym area a lot. Bike service at Westcord really made it full Dutch expirience. Via Rembrandt park then Vondel park and you are in the centar in no time. Excellent breakfast & very nice dinner. All the deco at Westcord really makes the name Fashion sticks. All in all worth repeating the stay.

New hotel! All facilities are brand new and therefore clean. Even wellness area is still clean. Restaurant have very friendly staff. It’s was a very busy dinner time so service is quite delayed.
Overall was a good experience.
Very unhappy with my experience. The reason I booked this "luxury" trip was to celebrate my son's birthday in Amsterdam. The Hotel was completely under construction, nothing like what was "sold" to me "via luxury", the restaurant that makes this hotel so special was closed. Both restaurants at hotel were in fact closed. There was no "welcome drink", no room upgrade, and no restaurant included. They sent us to a 'terrible' restaurant somewhere in the neighbourhood. Very unhappy about this experience. And don't plan to use this sight again for booking as it's not at all what you expect.

We have been to Best Western Gouda.The Hotel itself is very nice,the rooms are big&well equipped.
The Arrival was was not nice due to 2 ladies at the reception.Very unfriendly,we feeled not welcomed at all.I asked some questions and they looked at each other and rolled eyes!!! One question about the parking garage they answered with :is not our concern!
Than the breakfast is very basic,not much variety.But the dinner was a pure disaster,iam sorry.
We ordered the set menue and had to wait 2h !!! Than the food came and it was totally wrong.Fish instead of meat.We dont eat fish.than wait another 30min for the veal, 21.30 by then! Finally the food arrived,but the portion was to little that we went tired&hungry to bed.
So in general the hotel is nice,but the restaurant issues should be fixed.Altough the 2ladies at the reception should be trained how to welcome guest.If u dont rely on their food offers go for it.Gouda is very nice

Very friendly and capable staff, well equipped room and facilities, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and a great location next to the park. Food prices seemed quite high and it was a bit difficult to get to without a car.

A wide selection of hotels with great deals, especially if you are flexible with your dates. We have used them on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. Also, a couple of times we have had to cancel, and the money was back on our account the following day. We will definitely use them again in the future.
Terrific hotel at the far end of the Vondelpark which means you have a beautiful walk through the park when you go into town. You should also know that the hotel is conveniently located close to the Metro station, with fast easy and frequent connections to Sloterdijk and Centraal Station in Amsterdam. The personnel in the hotel are pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and professional... and always have a smile for you. They seem to take particular delight when you tell them you had an excellent stay, which in my mind means that they enjoy their work and enjoy making their customers happy. The rooms (I say rooms because I have stayed here more than once now... in fact three times) have always been spotless and in order. In fact everything is there, including a nice sized TV, a couple of easy chairs (although odd-looking :) ) and even an ironing board and iron. I would have enjoyed a pair of slippers as the tiled floors, despite being what we always prefer, were a little cold when you walk barefooted... and while I am at it, I would also have enjoyed a bathrobe, but I digress... This is an absolutely terrific hotel, one of the most enjoiyable I have had the pleasure of staying at in Amsterdam and believe me when I tell you, we come to Amsterdam every two months or so... Finally I do have to mention the breakfast as the breakfast like the hotel is also absolutely terrific. They have a wide variety of things including eggs cooked to order and in our case to perfection (chapeau to the cooks - I would stay here just for the eggs :)). The only thing I did miss was perhaps a glass of cava or prosecco with my perfectly fried egg, bacon, beans, tomatoes and fresh toast. I could go on, but I do not get paid for this type of review... Oh, rest fro me to say that there is no doubt that I will not hesitate to stay here next time we come to Amsterdam.

I really liked via luxury because everything that was extra (upgrade room, late check-out, dinner and lunch pakket) was already communicated properly to the hotel and i just have to the check-in and enjoy my stay and of course paying with some discount,
wij hebben onderstaande klachten bij Vialuxury doorgegeven. Er werd beloofd dat we gebeld zouden worden door Holiday inn. Nooit meer iets gehoord. De wijze waarop ViaLuxury met klachten omgaat is net zo slecht als Holiday Inn Voorburg en die was heel slecht.
the air conditioning of the hotel was broken, the receptionist told a lying story, while the air conditioning has been broken for at least 2 months. Holliday inn still advertise on their own website with air-conditioned bedrooms. hotel room pitifully hot, so we did not sleep 4 nights. Free bottle of wine had to order up to 3 times before it was delivered. Asked to talk to manager twice, but never got to speak with him. We were also accused of not returning a bike the day after departure, but this was administrative error. all at all it was a miserable experience. I would like to advise changing the name from holiday in to holiday out, because your holiday feeling is completely out if you are in the sweltering hotel rooms.

The hotel is wonderful. Service at the highest level. Excellent breakfasts. The concierge service will always find and order excellent restaurants and buy any tickets. A hotel you always want to return.
