So far, all seven events I’ve purchased through Viagogo have been legitimate, reliable, and very satisfying experiences. When an issue arose with some concert tickets, Viagogo’s team responded promptly and resolved it in a highly professional manner. I enjoyed that concert at the setas purchased.

Even if we had to wait to receive our tickets on the same day of the event, and this can be a bit worrying, it was a great experience. Great communication from the seller, great seats and great match.

I have purchased a ticket for Brazil Samba festival 2026 in viagogo and decided to resell it with viagogo as my plan was changed.

I received the ticket and found no way to resell my ticket. I used the app to download the tickets and followed every steps but nothing works. They suggested me to return the ticket to the seller. Viagogos customer service officer stated that they will communicate with my original seller and my buyer. I don't need to worry about anything.

My buyer messaged me and claimed that they didn't receive my ticket. Finally, viagogo decided to charged me the ticket price I sold and completely just erased my case.

I legally resell the tickets via the platform and they literally just took my revenue from it, even though I followed all the steps they suggested.

GUY, AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE !!!!!!!!

Tickets were delivered ahead of time and I had no inconveniences downloading and/or using them to access the concert.

Supposedly, two sellers never sent me my tickets a they offered me tickets which were half of the price of the tickets I originally purchased. Still haven’t recieved my refund. Huge scam

I bought tickets for Strictly Come Dancing in May. I changed my mind and put them up for sale. I have to leave it with Viagogo for them to sell. The problem is that i won't get what i paid i paid £271 they have put them up for sale at £100 less. I haven't got the tickets yet? I'm none the wiser where they are?

Do NOT buy tickets through Viagogo.
I traveled all the way to Mexico to attend a game and never received my tickets. Their policy claims you’ll receive a full refund if tickets aren’t delivered, but now they’re refusing to give my money back.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially after spending money on travel and planning around this event. I will never use this website again and strongly recommend others avoid it.

Fake tickets, very hard support system. I ended up not being able to go to my concert. Aweful experience, just buy them at Ticketmaster or other place, save yourself the disappointment.

Please, never purchase a Parking ticket here. Is better try to find near to the stadium... The parking that I payed was around 2 milles of distance. I had to pay additional an Uber taxi to arrive and back again.

Everything was legit. I was nervous since buying from resellers is always a risk and it was the first time I used viagogo, even though they have a guarantee. But I got my tickets as soon as I bought them and had no problem at the venue.

Easy to use and kept informed

Everything ran smoothly. The only thing that I will argue is that the fee Viagogo charged me was too much!

Nothing to worry about. I bought tickets for JLS for £15 each, selling on ticketmaster for over £40. Then read the reviews on here and was worrying to death that I'd been scammed. Received tickets within an hour of buying them.
