The company steals your money
The company steals your money. They make they own plans to how much they take from your account/credit card. If you make a monthly payment, it will not count. As they can make other plans than the ones you have made with them. Example if you pay they can charge you again after som days.

I didn’t know what really happened but not the first time I use this viabill with my purchase. I registered my bank acct so I am less worried when they will deduct my monthly recurring payment.
Then I just received an email that they will charge me 100kr for not paying the amount the the heck is the sense of registration of my bank acct. ( have enough balance for monthly payment)
I didn’t even get notifications that they having trouble with my acct.
What a coincidence my email and acct got problem at the same time? Lol!
Then I call them they said its too late they already charged. I ONLY RECEIVED EMAIL THAT CHANGED ME reminder fee I didn’t received email you got a problem if I don’t reply with email at least send me SMS or GIVE ME A CALL hope that fee make your company happy!!!!!!!!! Fooling customers

When we are not able to charge a customer their monthly installment we get a error code from the bank, so if a customer thinks that there was funds to charge on the account, they should talk to their bank on why they denied it.

Hidden fees and breaking GDPR
Back in 2015, I used Viabill to pay for some electrionics in installments. I read the fine print and the documents they sent me very carefully - Yet they still managed to take advantage.
What I had been told by Viabill was to be an automatic payment every month, wasn't - Instead it was a fee, exactly the same amount as I owed, so that I wouldn't react in time. This went on for month until I eventually realized and paid in full.
Then in 2018, Viabill lost a lawsuit and were forced to pay back the fees to me and everyone else that they have cheated. They made that experience less nice, by making me fill in a form with my bank details - To confirm I had to agree that if I still owed them anything, they would charge me directly.
Luckily, there were no more hidden fees I owed them and I received my money 45 days later.
Then, last year, in june 2020, Viabill signs me up for a mandate on Betalingsservice. They still had my bank details after 5 years of being inactive. This is in violation of GDPR, but their support were kind enough to confirm my complete deletion from the system.
Stay away.

Definitely underwhelmed! I have Affirm, which doesn’t even request Entire SSN. This via bill wanted the whole number. Then it just said my info couldn’t be verified. Not that I really care. I was only interested. Completed my purchase anyway. But AfterPay and Affirm had no ‘verification’ issues. My only guess is my phone is prepaid. But obviously it’s My phone, or I wouldn’t have gotten their dumb texted code! #wasteoftime
