For me I expected the employees as a very strict and very hard going while they were collecting our passport and the necessary documents but it was the exact opposite they were really clear about what they want to know about and the way they were dealing with the process.They were very specific with the questions and the answers they were expecting to listen to. Overall it was a great experience.

Extremely poor customer support, very money minded people . Dont even listen to you if you dont buy additional services.
What's more pathetic is even you buy a service, there is no post sale support.
They are exploiting as there is no competition.

Had appointment at VFS Punjagutta, Hyderabad on 18th March 2024 at 9.20 am. VFS staff Ms Divya Datwani had attended me. She was excellent in her service. Carried a smile all along. Had hands on knowledge on the subject. Was empathetic answering my questions and supportive with all the info and filling of dcoumentation. Overall 5 star experience. Way to go VFS !

I visited Vfs Today Mumbai Branch For my Netherland Visa and the staff is very polite specially Sabika PL Who Helped me Getting my procedure fast.

Paid the visa managed to do the online booking once that took us through to payment, payment taken then said success but error ring. Emailed rang and left with no appointment no visa and no email replies to sort it out. Terrible service in London vsf they now even make you waste your money listening to out dated COVID information costing us even more money. Spent ages yesterday on phone and the lady Indian could not find out email or application and think maybe she did not understand English. Asked the lady on the phone to give me a email of complaints nothing arrived. I am British my wife hold full UK resident card I live in Portugal with our kids and she wanted to go Denmark visit her friends then come down to us in Portugal for trips and under withdrawal agreement she is entitled to a visa which this company can not even book her a appointment. Will complain to Danish and Portuguese embassy as a breach of the withdrawal agreement.
