Your company is horrible and unreliable

Bought these Very Pretty lil Clogs , they weren’t in a box, they arrived in a terrible condition, the lil bow fell off one shoe!! Having a terrible time getting a response ..

The worse transportation company I have ever used, not recommended. No text acknowledgment verifying upcoming ride details, company communication is non-existent. Company owned by MTM which pushes this sub par transportation to Medicare patients in order to save money rather than provide excellence and accountability by using Lyft or Uber.

678-933-1180I've recently returned to Arizona and when I utilized this company back in 2019, they were on the ball. Now, not at all! I've used them twice since my return and they flunked both times. The first driver called me at 12:34 pm with a sheduled arrival time of 12:10 pm. I had my sister take me to my appointment. Today I didn't get a driver at all until 1:15pm. I was supposed to be at my appointment at 1pm. No call from company with updates. I had to reschedule. This is unacceptable. I canceled my ride for the 24th. It's the bus or my sister. This is included in my insurance coverage. They better get on their game or they're gonna be replaced. Also, I tried to contact the complaint department. No luck! Busy signal. Says alot doesn't it?

This is the worst company ever I was left at doctor's appointment for 2 hours and I had to take the bus home I wish there was a better company out there than these dam freaking clowns

I had a wonderful customer care call with Cindy today , she helped me schedule my rides and got me all taken care of within minutes. Very well mannered and respectful call no issues or complaints here. Thoroughly recommend!

I would not even rate veyo a one star I would rate them a minus zero. They are lousy, never on time. They can show up an hour early or an hour late. I miss my appointments because of their lousy service. Even got stranded and had to pay 25 dollars for a cab and never got reimbursed. Why is this terrible company still in service. They have gotten many complaints from riders due to this same reason.

Veyo CT is the absolute worst, I don't even know where to start. They deserve to lose their contract.

They get all your info and then male it hard to comunícate. Do not trust this as an employees or service

This company got toooo many issues. So im gonna number them
1. No call the night before
2. No reachable contact number
3. They usually call when they are in front of your home.
4. Then the bad drivers r next level bad. There's nobody to report problems too. Even my own insurance is a joke about this driver reporting issue!
5. They will say they came to get you, an never call you to let u know they r there 4 you (this is especially important when u are at an appt, & its 108 outside. IJS).
I think this is about it. But, good grief. Some companies, an people should not work for the public!!

Poor Service it's a mess!! Over half the drivers are not reliable don't answer or pickup! Then you call Vayo they're a mess really needs to do better. I've filed complaints and nothing changes! Really needs to have a meeting things need to change this is poor Service!!!

I have been trying to become a driver for months. I visited Veyo's local office when one person told me one thing was missing and then the next week another person told me the next thing was missing. Now they tell me I can't show driving experience of more than a year because I have only lived in Wisconsin for a year. I have provided my Illinois driver's license. I'm wondering if the people who do the background checks have ever done a background check before. I'm not going to ask again because they obviously don't know what they're doing.

Today I had the pleasure to get a ride from A wonderful gentleman named Stan! He had a beautiful SUV Chevrolet, Traverse! Plate Jcc34 to be specific that way he will get credit! I don’t ever leave reviews even if they are good rides but today I had to because I enjoyed my ride having him as my driver! He treated me as though I was a celebrity! Played all the songs I wanted. Offered me a piece of candy. All in all he was the best driver I have ever had, ever! Over Uber, Lyft and veyo! Best driver ever! I wish I would have had cash because if i did I would definitely would have tipped this man! Great ride! I recommend him!!! Veyo please show this man some positive feedback and give him a gift card for all his hard work and great customer service

It was the worst.very late should go out of business

Absolutely the WORST service. My son is in a physical rehab facility after having emergency surgery. He had an appointment 3 weeks ago with the vascular surgeon. Veyo never showed. Appointment was rescheduled to the following week. Veyo showed up very late, then took him to the wrong place. Today, THREE WEEKS after his first scheduled and important post-surgical visit, Veyo is "running late" and won't even be at the rehab facility until the time of his appointment. Ridiculous! You know the saying "you had one job"? Yeah, this is literally what their job is - non-emergency medical transport. You would be better off having a family member take them, but of course the rehab facility doesn't allow that. I wonder how many patients conditions were worsened by their failure to do their job? If there are complications as a result of these failures, there will be a lawsuit. Count on it!

Not Military Friendly!
I applied for a job as a Driver. I am Military Spouse coming with a legal Green Card, a german passport (wich is the most powerfullest passport in the world), a clean Police report from germany, a valued german Driver License and with Orders to Arizona. I told the company I have driving experience in Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium, France Switzerland, Austria, Prague, London, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Arizona.
I got denied because I have not living in Arizona for 3 years and can not Show an driving record for 3 years?
Are you kidding me? This is how you appreciating your military members? This was the first and the last time I have ever applied!
