I am very satisfied with my air purifier.

Easy to find what I needed and shipment was quick.

This is the same company as Veoair UK. Despite appearing UK-based, the company operates from China. They advertise air purifiers but send a fan, which they attempt to pass off as an air purifier.
When you request a return, they offer a 30–50% refund if you keep it — leaving you with a very expensive fan. If you proceed with the return, you must pay costly shipping back to China, something not made clear at purchase.
Their claim of having no returns is misleading — I returned mine. You can buy a genuine air purifier from retailers like Dunelm for far less.

Avoid — this appears to be false advertising used to sell an inferior product.

The filter arrived fine and the company assisted me in delivering it even though part of my address was incorrect. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because no sheet of explanation for cleaning it was enclosed and the write up led me to believe it will last longer with cleaning. A concern since it costs more than other filters.

Ordered the filters and received them in a timely manner. Was packaged good. They fit perfectly and are doing a great job!

I think the price of the filters are way too high! You also state the filter should last three months, my change filter light comes on at six weeks, one of them at eight weeks. I am totally dissatisfied with this. As far as does the operation work well, yes, most definitely!

I have never had such excellent and prompt customer service as I have had with vewiorlife. Nhiel went above and beyond to help me and I am so impressed with his customer service skills! Other places need more customer service reps like Nhiel!

This company did an awesome job of getting my replacement filter in plenty of time

I ordered a vewiorlife blender through amazon. Once received, it did not work at all, I read through the users manual and tried all the trouble shooting without any success. I then reached out to vewiorlife customer support and was greeted by Noelle. She helped me with the process and agreed that it needed to be replaced. She put in an order and sent a new one out. Great customer service and response time. I highly recommend their products and customer service needs.

Just a Superior product

Received the filters, unfortunately, it did not last a complete month before the filter light came on. Checked the filter, not dirty but vacuumed it and tried again, this time the machine shut itself off. Filters are too expensive to last less than a month. No pets and non-smokers in the house.

I’m very happy with my purchase! I’m a few weeks in.
