you should not buy from this company if you can (i bought because of the valve location/placement)
Eng: We have had this pump since May 6, 2025. The pump makes knocking noises. I suspect that some valve that is supposed to prevent water from flowing back into the pump is letting water return to the pump, and this causes the knocking noise. We contacted technical support, and they offered us some veeeery long text about how to uninstall it, take it apart, and try to fix it ourselves. :DDDDD
vevor.pl wants their customers to be a plumbers :D
the product is still under the warranty period, but they only offer text advice on how to fix or examine the equipment :D
Do not buy from here if you have a different valve layout. Unfortunately, this is the only pump I can find with this valve layout, so we have no choice and have to buy it again. I am not going to waste money on a plumber and time. I will buy a new one and replace it during a single plumber visit.

PL: Mamy tẹ pompę od 06 maja 2025 r. Pompa wydaje stuki. Podejrzewam, że jakiś zawór, który zapobiega cofaniu się wody do pompy, przepuszcza wodę z powrotem do pompy i to powoduje ten stukający hałas. Skontaktowaliśmy się z pomocą techniczną, a oni zaoferowali nam jakiś baaardzo długi tekst o tym, jak ją odmontować, rozebrać i spróbować naprawić samodzielnie.
vevor.pl chce, żeby ich klienci byli hydraulikami :D
produkt nadal jest na gwarancji, ale oferują jedynie tekstowe porady, jak naprawić lub sprawdzić urządzenie :D
Nie kupujcie tutaj, jeśli macie inne rozmieszczenie zaworów. Niestety jest tylko jedna pompa, jaką mogę znaleźć, z takim rozmieszczeniem zaworów, więc nie mamy wyboru i musimy kupić ją ponownie. Nie zamierzam tracić pieniędzy na hydraulika i czasu, kupię nową i wymienię ją podczas jednej wizyty hydraulika.
