8ft ramp too bendy!
8ft ramp too bendy!! Ramp looks ideal in width and length but put a fraction of it's claimed load rating on it and it flexes a huge amount! Needs intermediate supports. Freight was quick.

Delivery was a good time frame
Delivery was a good time frame. The blower hose is too short and stiff to connect when used outside the caravan. The exhaust heat lagging is shorter than the exhaust pipe. When used externally there should be better fixing brackets for the the intake pipe. To make this portable there is a bit of work to to to keep it compact. The heater works well. There is a fair bit of work to find out which model you have when downloading the instructions for operation.

Good range of products and fast supply. The cable lug crimper an cable cutters I purchased are good quality, quite sturdy. The rotating dies on the crimpers are a little narrow so it's best to crimp the lug twice.

Would not acknowledge that the product did not perform as described and would not refund in full or replace. Made every excuse not to provide replacement or refund until Fair Trading was involved.
