Everything was finde for us. It took a little bit time for picking-up and giving back the car but in Holiday normally time should BE No Problem. The car was exactly the class WE booked and was absolutely ok.

The experience was quite straightforward. We rented a car for our holiday in Sardinia, planning to pick it up in the south and return it in the north airport. When we found Vettura, it was an easy choice. Regarding customer service, we had a good experience and will definitely use their services again on our next visit.

All the staff who served us were always rude and acted in bad faith. It's a business that focuses on extorting foreigners, with extra insurance, extra fees, at the beginning it's €250 more, after we threaten to cancel the reservation, it's only €150 more…this kind of business…
They handed us a damaged car all the way around, and in the end they also accused us of delivering the damaged car and didn't want to give us back the deposit, luckily we had a video proving all the initial damage. Terrible service, we will not rent again with either Vettura or Discover Cars, as they listed Vettura as an option, so i guess they endorse this business.
This is not the first time that we have rented a car in Italy, we will do it again with the big brands, where with the same cards, insurance and methods, we have never been deceived and we have always been given well-treated and quality cars.

Great staff, service and vehicle.

They charged euro 15 extra for car cleaning at the check-in. This was not disclosed properly at the time of booking.

Staff were very friendly, helpful & professional The car was immaculately clean. Fair price. I would recommend Vettura & would rent with them again.

Easy to deal with. Shuttle to and from airport went smoothly. Just be sure to take lots of photos of car at pick up as very minor blemishes are scrutinized at drop off and not always recorded by them when you collect the car.

Friendly, honest

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Your station is outside the airport area and requires additional walking- and shuttle time. The whole check-in process including queuing was rather time consuming.
Documentation of any damages before taking over the car is absolutely necessary.

I was very satisfied with this car rental company. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The service was excellent throughout, and the waiting time for pickup was pleasantly short. I would especially like to highlight the shuttle service, which was fast, reliable, and very convenient.

The vehicle was new, modern, and in excellent condition. It was also very clean and well maintained, with no unpleasant odors at all—especially no cigarette smell.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would gladly rent a car here again and highly recommend this company to others.
