Vetdispense Reviews 

I tried ordering frusemide as my dog has an enlarged heart. Grace is already on Vetmedin and fortekor which I have on going prescriptions elsewhere. I have a prescription for the frusemide but Vetdispense has refused as they want you to buy all of the heart medication from them. To me this is not professional.
I even stated I would upload the other prescriptions to verify Grace's condition but they did not want to know?

In response to your reply I was ordering what was on my dogs prescription which is 1000 tablets, not 1 at 9 pence. This is financially viable as the order is over £90. If it is the case you are keeping them for your existing clients then state there is a shortage; not that you have to buy all the heart medication from Vetdispense? You are supposed to sell medication for all animals. Yes it is sparse out there but only on the 40mg. 20mg tablets are available.

Really excellent service from Vet Dispense - a company I've now used at least half a dozen times to buy my cat's prescription medication.
The ordering process is very simple once you remember two things. Take the photo of the vet's prescription before you start the order. Then once you have uploaded the photo, you need to remember to click the 'add file' button.
Initially, I hadn't realised this second point but the e-mail requesting the prescription came quickly and was very helpful. Customer Service is great.
Once ordered, you wait for the 'Your order has shipped' confirmation. For me, this is vital as the medication is refrigerated. I then know the order will arrive the following working day. It's simple and very reliable. I would recommend Vet Dispense without hesitation

Several companies to choose from. Vetdispense got my order as they used Royal Mail special delivery for the items I needed. The website was easy to upload prescriptions. Very pleased with the service they have provided.

Bought first prescription a few days before christmas as I was desperate for medication that wasn't in stock at my vets until new year. The website promised quick delivery (usually next day or 48 hours), nothing about not sending anything between christmas and new year. It was £101.78. I had one refill on the prescription. 28th December i joined their webchat asking when it would be delivered and whether they had even got the prescription. They were abrupt and didn't seem to care saying they are processing orders on 28th. Very cold. No understanding or apology this had not been added to the website. They ended the chat. I had to use them for my one refill, exactly the same medication had increased in price by over 26%!!!! It was now £128 just one month later. It's not been a great experience.
I absolutely did not "miss" anything about the christmas delivery on the website. There was none. I read every word in the FAQ section just in case it was in the small print. There was nothing and this exactly why I chose your company as I thought it would be dispatched the next working day. Shameful trying to blame me.

Very patient helpful staff and very quick despatch of medication - even on a Sunday which was brilliant and I was very grateful for, and they still manage to be cheaper than other suppliers, this is the third time I've used vet dispense and every time has been the same so I know they are honest, great and reliable, wouldn't hesitate to continue using and highly recommend to other pet owners.

I've ordered 3 times from Vetdispense now and each time it has arrived within 2 days of order. Much quicker service than other online pharmacies. The drugs are slightly dearer, but I'm willing to pay that for a better service.

Courier was careful to deliver to the correct address.

Good choice of products and reasonably priced (if there is such a thing with pets medication). Easy to use website. Also very helpful when had a small concern with a previous order (only about delivery dates).
