This is one of the worst companies in…

This is one of the worst companies in my experience - avoid by all means. I liked the idea and subscribed. Their website does not work. I can not check order statuses, can not change my credit card, can not cancel my membership. I emailed five times last month asking to cancel my membership - but I got zero responses.

However, allow me clarify how Vessel's App/website works, so we can address your concerns. If you wish to check your order status or change your credit card you can contact Vessel's Member Experience team at wegotyou@vesselhealth.com. We actively monitor all incoming emails and respond to all of them. If you wish to cancel your membership online, you can do so through our App or website by logging in, going to the "More Tab", and clicking on "Manage Membership". You can also contact our Membership Experience group at the email address above and they will assist.

Wow! Amazing Product!

Wow, such a cool product! Very easy to use and I got my results back in minutes. I love being able to measure all the different biomarkers and get an inside look into my health. Definitely recommend!

Numerous Cancellation Requests Unprocessed

I have reached out to cancel this $35/mo membership 3 times since March 2022 (17 months ago). Each time I am told it’s successfully cancelled, yet they continue to charge me, which as added up to $600 in unwanted product. Terrible customer service.

The vessel health institute lacks…

The vessel health institute lacks integrity. The office staff is refusing to see Presbyterian health plan patients. Most incompetent office staff I have come across in a long time.

Issue with billing resolved quickly

I reached out with an issue I had with billing/membership and Ben was able to resolve my issue very quickly and efficiently, while being empathetic and kind in his response. His actions and professionalism reflected very positively on Vessel as a company.

Incompetent company, have been told multiple times membership is cancelled - keep getting charged

Have been told that my membership is cancelled 3 different times and Vessel continues to charge me. They also have still yet to refund an order they triggered AFTER I was told my membership had been cancelled.

In my most recent interaction I got a "Your order is shipping soon" email after I had already been told twice that my membership was cancelled - reached back out on the same case and asked them if this was real and to please remove any payment information of mine still in the system to ensure I didn't get charged. Request was answered stating my "payment information had been removed just to be sure" two days later an order ships and my card now has a pending charge.

Avoid this company if you don't want have to contact them multiple months in a row and still after that be charged into perpetuity.

As it looks like someone is monitoring these reviews, please look into and refund orders #39107 and #35814. Full correspondence can be seen in my most recent follow up on this with correspondence #76816.

This company is a total joke!

This company is a total joke. I've tried to cancel 3 times and each time they just continue to charge my account after telling me it's been canceled. Do NOT subscribe to this company!

Helped amazingly well

Helped my partner monitor her levels enough for her recovery from COVID to be expedient! They even updated the app to fix any levels that were inaccurate within weeks of our communication.

Great way to get in touch with what your body needs. Customer service is fast and helpful and they’ll walk you through any problems you might have. I’ve been using this for years and have seen my health get better when I know what my body is needing

I signed up for the 12 month…

I signed up for the 12 month membership. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to fully explore the entirety of what Vessel offers because I got pregnant shortly after subscribing. Now I have a stock pile of test strips . I reached out to customer service via the App and Teri was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me end my subscription & recommended how I can use the test strips later.

I love how there is SO much information on the app. I nerd out every time I log on. I can’t wait to use it again.
