Never received my product or a refund

Set up my vr simulator quickly and responded to all my questions after. Amazing bit of kit and now all my mates want one.

Great simulator with very helpful staff willing to go the extra mile to help!

We bought a Vesaro simulator earlier this year and continue to be impressed by the quality and realism of this product. We got the Assetto Corsa and Project Cars 2 software but almost exclusively use Assetto Corsa. We race go-karts and track high-end performance cars so we have a reasonable ability to compare the sim experience with real life. The power and depth of the software is truly impressive and is very well translated by the steering wheel and pedals (Clubsport BMW rim and Clubsport pedals V3). The difference in handling and feel for different cars on different tracks is excellent and allows you to practice with a variety of easy-going or challenging cars.
On the downside assembly of the sim was a long and challenging process. The instructions are rudimentary and for people like us, putting one of these packages together for the first time, a high level overview would have been very helpful. We appreciate that there are multiple combinations of components that you can purchase but nevertheless it would not be that difficult to provide more guidance or, ideally, a series of videos on the Vesaro site showing how assembly should be done. On a more positive note customer support was very helpful in providing information when we ran out of ideas.

Choosing D-box as Motion Simulation Solution Element in Vesaro Racing Console Was also Fascinating to me.

I call it The Beauty and The Beast.
It is so obvious how Vesaro is a Masterpiece, Just look at all the designs that your eyes might or will fall on, you wouldn't find something that elegant like the main chaise of Vesaro, every time my eyes fall on any other design it reminds me how much time , effort and care Vesaro Founder Mr. Nevil slade dedicated to deliver Most Beautiful and yet Strong & reliable Rig.

And you think He will stop here Beauty is good enough No.
Surprisingly he didn't stop there.

Perfect simulator to have at home IMO. Specially in this price range. Tried a lot of different ones, even ones worth millions but this gives all I need.
I use it to prepare for my races, together with iRacing it just helps me a lot !
And Vesaro is really helpfull to set-up everything up and in case of something I didn’t know.

The Vesaro simulator has been a massive help as I've taken on a new challenge in the British Touring Car Championship this year. After thirteen years away from professional competition, simulation back in my day was not really a thing so I have to admit being a bit hesitant at first. It must be the old school in me!!

But that is probably why I have been so impressed with the realism of the Vesaro simulator. Attempting to train myself to a front wheel drive touring car after 30 years worth of experience in rear wheel drive single seaters has been a huge challenge, as has learning circuits that I've not raced on since my junior career in the 1980s. To be able to utilise everything that Vesaro provides has been a massive help, the feedback is brilliant and it has become a key part of my race preparation all season.

2 years in now with my Vesaro rig and still loving it, Vesaro have always been there to help when needed. I use my sim most days playing assetto corsa, the Ferrari collection in this game is awesome to say the least.

I’ve taken advantage of the upgrade ability of the rig with various improvements including a tactile feedback setup and more recently I’ve added motion, went for the two actuator setup and plan to upgrade this to 4 actuators next year. The motion ads a whole other level and only added to my addiction!

Vesaro’s attitude towards looking after me, and I guess all their customers, is great which is essential when it’s a system designed to want you to come back and upgrade. They have remotely logged into my setup to help when things aren’t working perfectly and also with a few things like optimising my graphics after adding an oculus VR setup and some adjustments of the force feedback to get it as close as possible to the Ferrari 599 I train a lot with.

I’d recommend this company.

I bought my first Vesaro simulator with the D-Box motion. The quality and standard from day 1 was incredible.

I felt like their most valuable customer even though I had specced a lower range model while I tried it out.

After a couple of months I bought the Dual Motion package. I discussed the upgrade with Vesaro who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I've now upgraded to the Quad motion, which is really the ultimate.

The quality of Vesaro kit is beyond anything else on the market. They are beyond the reach of any other simulator I've tried, and they are still researching and improving all the time.

It's hard sometimes to imagine how life-like these simulators are, but I have watched many friends scream on these and shield their head when crashing a car mid-race on one!! Unbelieveable.

Any advice I needed was provided by their outstanding customer service team.

I bought a Vesaro rig a couple of years ago, and I am still enjoying it as if I just received it. The quality is as expected, I never had any issue with it, and I sometimes played quite a lot of hours in a single day!
I also received my simulator within the deadline, which was important to me.

I have used and tested several Vesaro simulators in a number of settings and configurations from private testing to exhibition units, never once having experienced an issue with their hardware. I found the build quality of the simulators and their sum of components to be of a very high standard. Vesaro's owner and personnel, were always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for private and professional use!

The simulator definitely lives up to its expectations in the sense that it stands up to the forces of the steering wheel attached as well as well the pedals. It's worth the price and highly recommend to anyone looking for a sturdy, high quality sim rig. The option of customizing it and upgrading it as and when you want is an added bonus! It's great to know I have the ability to swap out my steering wheels and pedals if I ever need to!

I have recently purchased a vesaro simulator as i've recently got into sim racing, i've tried a few different simulators and by far the Vesaro simulator is a class above the rest. The build quality is really good and the simulator itself looks great! What I like the most is that I can upgrade it easily at any point, the team at Vesaro have been really helpful and i'm looking forward to upgrading my rig in the near future!

Since getting into sim racing I have always been looking for the best products to help me progress further. I felt my setup needed an upgrade so I decided to speak to guys at Vesaro. I just say that the help I received from them from my initial contact to the installation and aftercare support has been superb! There were so many options that allowed me to customize my setup to my specific requirements! Thanks guys and I'm sure I'll be back soon when I finally decide I need to upgrade to VR!

After shopping around and testing various simulators we was drawn back to Vesaro’s sim simply because of the design and quality. Every aspect was explained before we ordered with the option to upgrade it at a later date. So now we have it installed and it’s an outstanding simulator that’s used daily in our reception showroom area. The quality of the components, chassis and seat are first class and able to handle many customers in and out of it all day long. The support from the guys has been great every step of the way. We will certainly be upgrading it soon with Vesaro!
