They lie to you at point of sale to get you to sign up.
I was told that after 9 months, I could cancel and the doorbell and camera would be mine. Today I tired to cancel and I’m told that I have to give three months notice and pay another £70 on-top to keep the doorbell and camera I was told was mine.
They lie through their teeth!

the insulation was sloppy and now, the after care is awful.
