THIS APP IS A SCAM. THEY GET YOUR INFO SOMEHOW AND CHARGE YOU $39 PER MONTH UNTIL YOU REALIZE. ITS NOT SET UP THROUGH APPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS SO I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE THAT I WAS SUBSCRIBED. I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR A WHOLE YEAR. I HAD TO HUNT THEM DOWN FOR THEM TO CONFIRM THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED, BUT I WILL BE MONITORING AND REPORTING THEM TO BBB. They claim that I purshased this through the website, but thats simply not true. I would never use an app like this through a website, I only get them through my phone. Also, if thats true, when I went onto the website, I should have been able to locate my account through my e-mail so I could cancel it, but that was not an option as my e-mail was not found. When I e-mailed them, somehow they had all of my information and were able to cancel the subscription they were charging me $39.99 per month - FOR A YEAR!!! Also look at all other reviews, everyone else has been getting scammed to. They refuse to give any kind of refund. So, as I said, THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!

Found a charge for this on my debit…

Found a charge for this on my debit card today and I have never even heard of this company. Had to look it up to even find out what it was. Had to dispute it with my bank and get my card replaced.

I don’t have a subscription to EveryDoggy, but they sure have been charging me. I did months go, cancelled and suddenly I’m being charged again. And they( well, Victoria does) say they won’t give me a refund.

I found it cumbersome to cancel, though support staff did eventually assist me in doing so. I am leery about signing up for apps in the future. As for the app itself, I didn't use it regularly so I can't say.

However you are doing this and whomever you are it’s time you stop scamming people. I notice from your less than outstanding reviews that I am not your only scamming victim . This app is ridiculous. I never signed up for it. I am being charged $19.99 a month. I have no receipt to try and cancel it.
