Disappointing experience at Vertu Motors, Widnes with my Nissan Quashqai
My Nissan Quashqai, which was only four years old, has developed a fault with the paint adhesion to the front bumper resulting in the paint flaking. I brought this to the attention of Vertu Motors, Widnes, only to be told by Dean Carter that it was outside of warranty-which is true. He said he was not aware of this recognised adhesion fault but it is highlighted on many Nissan forums. I am very disappointed in this response. My family and I have bought all our cars from Vertu and its predecessors for over 40 years but won’t be giving them any future business. Clare D.

Purchased new Juke from Widnes Nissan
Purchased new Nissan Juke, this is my 4th new car i've bought through this dealership.
Pleasant staff especially Brian Mack who dealt with the sale, very professionally and patiently - as I have Parkinsons - and I sometimes need things explaining to me. Also to Tom who helped me with the techy side of things. In fact I did say to Brian - are you the only car salesman employed here??? As we didn't see anyone else, other than the girls on reception and James. All in all very happy with my new car and can't thank Brian enough. I note that this review has my name as Blackmore - this is incorrect my surname is Burgess.

Just bought my first e v. From Nissan Widness. Brian made the whole process very straightforward answering all our questions and providing useful info we hadn't thought about. The price good was too, £1500 cheaper than another Nissan dealer for exactly the same spec. I would definitely recommend them

After putting a deposit down unforeseen circumstances prevented us from getting to the showroom in Widnes. Jamie helped us immensely extending the deposit period taking the pressure off us and enabling us to keep the car we wanted. Keeping the communication between us easy with regular calls. I recently purchased a new car and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, stress free, and enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Brian, who provided truly exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. Brian took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision without any pressure.
What really stood out was his professionalism and friendly approach. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from testing out the Bose sound system with some heavy metal to the final handover. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Had my used car valued online by Vertu, took it to Nissan Widnes to drop off and arrange payment.
After a quick look around my car I was informed that because 3 wheels had small scuff marks they would be knocking over £2,000 off the price offered!!
Absolute joke, don't waste your time here.

Nissan Qashqai
I requested an appointment to view a vehicle on the Vertu site and was called the same day to arrange a viewing at a convenient date and time.
Was met by a representative on agreed day who gave me lots of information about the car and asked what I was expecting from the car. As I was putting my own car in for part exchange, a price for the car was discussed and agreed against the purchase of the new vehicle.
Additional extras were offered which I did take up however not all as I wanted to stick to my budget. No pressure from the sales person which was quite refreshing.
Overall a rather nice experience of purchasing my car, staff were friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend Vertu and would definitely return again.
