Bought a new nissan xtrail on July 2025…
Bought a new nissan xtrail on July 2025 whe I tried to put petrol in i couldn't get the petrol flap open I'm now five times going to then and them ordering the part necessary not once but twice and they have ordered the wrong part I'm now waiting for a third time if I knew they were going to be this bad I would have not touched them with a barge pole truly useless

Great service
Sahil listened to our requirements and showed us the car that had them all. He did not try to sell what didn't meet our needs. The manager also made sure we were aware of all the offers available to get the best price and deal for our car.

From first visiting the dealership to place an order to collecting the new car two weeks later, we were looked after extremely well nothing was too much trouble I was kept informed of the full process by telephone, email and txt this made buying the car so simple. Very friendly and helpful sales staff…
Very friendly and helpful sales staff (particular mention to Nick Foley) in completing a totally online vehicle purchase and part-exchange. They organised delivery and collection to my home address nearly 100 miles from their dealership without any problem. Vehicle has a few mechanical niggles that are been dealt with at a local Vertu dealership, otherwise good first impressions.
