We were very well looked after and briefed by the Vertu Mini team in Yeovil (10 out of 10) during designing and ordering of the new mini. We collected the car last Thursday and once again the team were excellent guiding us through the process and were very patient as they showed us the car and how all the controls worked. We look forward to many years happy motoring in our new mini.

Really poor service
Really poor service. I enquired midweek about a used mini for sale, to be told it had a £99 reservation fee against it. They kept my number in case the sale did not go ahead. I was contacted on Saturday and a message was left at 12.15pm to say the mini was now available. I rang and spoke to their reception at 1.30pm to be told all lines busy but someone would ring me urgently, at 4.50pm I had not heard back from them, rang again spoke to sales only to be told it had sold again. REALLY POOR SERVICE.

Thank you for your interest in the vehicle, and I truly appreciate your patience as I explain what happened. I completely understand your disappointment, and I sincerely apologise that we were unable to secure this car for you.
The vehicle initially had a reservation placed on March 5th, which expired at midday on Saturday, March 8th. The customers who had reserved the car visited our dealership on Saturday, and while they did not commit immediately, their reservation expired during their viewing. At that point—around 12:30 PM—the car became available, and we attempted to contact you. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you at that time.
As Saturday was an exceptionally busy day in our showroom, our team was engaged with other customers when you returned our call. In the meantime, we also received another enquiry about the vehicle at 1:04 PM. However, just after 2:00 PM, the original customers returned after discussing their options and decided to proceed with the purchase. Given their prior reservation, visit, and swift return, we made the difficult decision to honour their commitment.
We genuinely regret any frustration this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If a similar vehicle becomes available, we would be delighted to reach out to you right away. Please do let us know if you have any specific preferences so we can assist you in finding the right car.
Once again, our sincerest apologies, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you in the future.
