Used car purchase from Hyundai Vertu Silverlink
Updated review. There was a rust spot on the roof of the car which I noticed when I got the car home. This hadn't been pointed out. When I brought this up with the salesman he said he was genuinely unaware and arranged a repair with their cosmetic repair man. I wasn't happy with the repair, it looked like it was just painted over with a touch-up pen. I spoke to the manager - they were very apologetic and arranged a full paint repair to the roof. Understandable it took a bit of time to get this arranged. They gave me an almost brand new courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired and couldn't have been more helpful. I collected my car today and I'm really pleased with the paint repair, they've done a good job. The car has also had a full valet and looks great. Thank you everyone at Vertu, especially Paul - you've gone above and beyond what most garages would have done. I would thoroughly recommend this branch. Thanks again.
