First time visiting this dealership, the staff were so knowledgable and super friendly, both Adam and James were so helpful. all the way through the process James couldn’t have done more to support us in understanding what we needed to know about the new car, the process was so quick, it was effortless on our part as they made it so easy for us by navigating through the requirements, really delighted with the service, we would certainly recommend anyone expecting a high level of customer service to go here.

Really good service from Lewis at BYD Morpeth. Great information upfront about the BYD collection, including the car I bought BYD Sealion 7 AWD. Not pushing to sell the cars just there to give the correct information for us. Two cars bought in the same day, a seal and a sealion 7 AWD. Thanks Lewis.

Great service from test drive to ordering the new car to collecting it. Kept upto date with progress via emails and phone calls.Advised of EV charger procedure and arrangements. All aspects of the deal handled by Vertu from buying my old car and settling the finance to handing over the new car with explanation of controls and what to expect from an EV. Vertu staff member (Manu) who handled my deal was first class.Very helpful and easy to deal with . Always in touch when there was any news or developments with the car I ordered . All in all a no hassle , easy , friendly experience.
