Bluetooth…
I had a small issue with the Bluetooth connection on my 4 Series. I dropped into the Yeovil Garage in the hope it could be looked at quickly as I thought it was something very minor. The Gentleman on the Service Desk (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) could not have been more helpful, and in less than 2 mins the thing was sorted!
He was also very helpful in sorting out service requirements.
I have always had great service and help from Vertu Yeovil and I'm extremely grateful to them for their help this morning.

Salesman (Dean Repullo) did more than…
Salesman (Dean Repullo) did more than his job required when I came to change over my previous vehicle for a replacement. He was very professional and had done his background when explaining the additional features on my car as well completing all the necessary paperwork on my behalf while explaining what he was doing while I sat in front of him.

Friendly well knowledgeable salesperson
Once we found the car we would like, contacting Vertu was easy and arranging an appointment even easier. We were greeted by friendly staff who offered refreshments. While viewing the car the in-depth knowledge provided by the salesman Dean was very impressive. We arranged to return a few days later to complete the purchase. Yet again the service was impressive. We now own a lovely car.

Good experience Vertu BMW Yeovil
I usually only go to BMW Vertu Yeovil for parts for my older BMW (the Parts Dept are excellent btw: friendly, knowledgeable, car enthusiasts themselves and the oem prices are pretty good) however I've now purchased a car from Vertu. The experience was excellent, Ellie who dealt with the Sale was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and put me entirely at ease. I'm sure when it's time to change, I'll be back again to trade in/ up

I have spent some considerable time searching for the right BMW model for me. Consequently I have had contact with quite a few sales staff throughout the UK and I can state quite categorically that the service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Vertu BMW Yeovil was without doubt outstanding! In particular Jodie who was not only our initial point of contact but the company representative who looked after us on our visit to test drive a vehicle. Yes I know it's a sales persons job to sell and therefore be "nice to people" but Jodie's genuine desire to provide a first rate service with such a pleasant demeanor was above and beyond. Unfortunately we didn't conclude our business with a sale but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company and I have no doubt we will next time. Thank you Jodie.
