I’m not gonna lie i was very skeptical about using them to ship my car but im so glad i did! I will say they’re the broker so they still have to add the carrier companies price but they’re really transparent about pricing! It took me a while to actually book with them but when i did I literally did everything in one day and they had the carrier pick up my car the same day and it got to me earlier than expected! I would use them again.

Chloe did everything she could to get my vehicle shipped but it didn’t pan out , also refunded my initial payment. Great to work with

Vertex Carship misled me into believing they would transport my car from Illinois to Washington State for $600. It was not until the day of the transport when they said the truck they had wanted $2000 instead of the $600! When I protested, they informed me they were a car transport broker, not the actual shipper. Even though I had asked them at the very beginning if they were a transport service and they said yes! In addition, I was unable to secure another service because Vertex told me I needed to pay a $200 cancellation fee. As a result of this, my car is currently sitting in a storage facility while I am deciding what the next step is.And I am currently at my new location with no means of transportation except Lyft. I should mention that in the entire time I was in contact with this company, not once did I speak to an actual company representative. Instead I could tell by the accent that I was speaking to a third party call center most likely located somewhere in India!

I am currently in a situation trying to decide how I can get my car up to my new location, even if it means going back and driving it up myself!

I can say with absolutely no hesitation whatsoever that my experience with Vertex Carship was positively unsatisfactory! I would not recommend them or their services to anyone! In fact my experience has me questioning the entire car transport industry as far as honesty and looking out for the customer goes! All I can say is based on my own experience.Is that I should have done my homework more thoroughly than I did! I would suggest to anyone out there who is even seriously thinking of using a car transport service to transfer their vehicle to think twice about the matter. And then make sure that if you do make a decision that you look, that company up left and right back and forwards before you consider any next step.

For now, avoid Vertex Carship! Avoid them like you would avoid the plague! They have 0 honesty and 0 integrity!

The only way they could satisfy me at this point is by sticking to the original price of $600. I already paid them a $150 booking fee. I did put in a request for a refund, but they have never responded back.

I canceled my shipment because they were taking forever and they never gave me a refund of 182$ shitty

I recently shipped my jeep from sebring Florida to Marina Del rey California. I couldn't be happier with vertex car ship especially working with Chloe Martin and Larry Rice. Ms Martin and Mr Rice were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. They explained the entire process clearly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Making sure I was comfortable and well informed throughout the shipment. Not only was pickup on time but was earlier than expected which was great as I was in a big hurry. Even the delivery was early. The driver handled my vehicle with great care and the jeep arrived in oerfect condition with no issues. What really stood out to me was Ms Martin and Mr Rice. It's not easy trusting your vehicle across the country, but they delivered everything as promised. I highly recommend Chloe Martin, Larry Rice and Vertex car shipping for anyone looking for reliable, professional and honest car shipping. I will definitely use them again in the future. I put out a request for quotes 1 1/2 months prior to ship date, I received a lot of quotes and did research- price range-reviews. Car shipped from Texas to Minnesota. Rebecca Ken was the agent- she was professional, respectful and a good communicator. We had a hiccup (not on their part) and we were able to resolve it fast. Had direct communication with the driver and was delivered exactly when he said he would. The one thing was the quote I received ended up being for the brokerage and on day of shipment it was a lot more (I did agree to it)- it ended up being what the trucking company (driver) was charging. I do get the high fuel charges, etc. my first time shipping a car.

Marina did a good job getting my vehicle picked up and delivered on time.

Quote was $699…. Actual cost for my shipment was going to be over $1800 if I really wanted them to schedule a driver. They kept telling me they had a driver available but somehow the driver kept disappearing. After about a week and a half of dealing with this I finally got a call from a different company that had a driver available and was straight up with me about the cost so I went with them and the car went out the next day. Vertex of course refused to refund the deposit but they waived the cancellation fee which is the only reason they got more than one star. I would never under any circumstances deal with Vertex again.

I shipped my 72 dodge charger with vertex. We had a couple of problems with the scheduling, but Finn did everything he could to make it work right and in the end, it was all good.
