undelivered order, no info nor responsiveness

Unfortunately I discover this review website only now.
I've placed an order at verslaterre.fr 9 weeks ago, and I've not received anything yet. I have written many emails, which are all un-answered. I've phoned multiple times and once managed to talk to a person, who promised "delivery in two weeks" which has not occurred.
If it wasn't for the person picking up the telephone, I would think the company is out of business ? Yet, my credit card transaction went through, I was charged immediately at the time of the purchase.
