I ordered a phone case over 2 weeks ago and it s still in ITALY? I am calling my bank to tell them it is a scam so that they will credit my account.

This is a SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a Samsung case about 2 months ago. Like others I was provided bogus shipping information from a, as far as I can determine. Non-existent shipping company. It claimed the product was shipped from Finland. I was sent false, no verifiable, tracking information. This is apparently a Chinese company that preys on people. I spent numerous hours sending emails to their support emil address. I received canned responses that stated they would reship the product or refund the money but would charge a shipping or refund fee. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. To Versatileyus. If I am wrong PROVE IT! SEND ME THE PRODUCT! after 2 months no product has arrived. You are clearly a criminal enterprise. ALSO since ordering i have suddenly found myself a target on numerous Scam calls, none of which I ever received before this order.

This product does not wirelessly charge, despite what their product description states. I should have searched for reviews of Versatileyus products because there are many recent postings, all with complaints of wireless charging not working and the company offering a few dollars in compensation. I sent them a video showing my wireless charger working with other Samsung cases but not theirs and they still insist there is no quality issue. And they are definitely not located in the US - my case came from China although the tracking information said it was coming from Italy. Bogus product, bogus company.

I decided to order a couple of items from this company that totaled $42. I noticed that there was no info regarding shipping and associated charges. I should have seen this red flag. After ordering I then noticed at the top of the page that orders over $39 were shipped for free (this after I paid 9.90 for so called VIP shipping). When I contacted their so called customer service I was told that shipping charges are non refundable and that the VIP shipping meant that my order was being shipped "preferentially". It's been almost a week and I haven't even received a tracking number or anything from them at all. What a waste of time an money. STAY AWAY!!

Warning SCAM. Like other mentioned. I also reported them to FB where I saw their ad. Purchased 2 cell phone cases Feb 18. after 2 weeks showing item being shipped from Netherlands! Company uses fake delivery info, got email yesterday showing was delivered and when I looked at date showing last week! But tracking # they provide is from a non-existing delivery company. When I pointed that to them, they sent me USPS delivery tracking and showing delivered, but nothing. ITS a big SCAM stay away

Purchased a Samsung cell case on 12/20/24. It is currently 2/9/25 and still "in transit" with the last tracking information given the package was in Dallas, TX on 1/22. This place is a scam.

Edit: after contacting PayPal to try and get my $$ back, this company all of a sudden stated my package arrived a few weeks back with a day and time stamp which I was able to review via my home security and this was false. Because they provided "proof of delivery", PayPal closed my case and I'm out $30+ dollars.

Purchased on Dec.18 and now it is Jan. 27 still no case. Contacted customer support which add says 24/7 support, but received a reply that staff are on vacation and will contact me in 7 days. I hate being Scamed.
Update: I have still not received case (Feb.15) and after numerous emails they are now saying that they cannot find my order. This is after numerous emails, tracking number, updates on shipping, thanking me for my purchase, etc. People writing positive reviews here are bogus reviewers. Don't buy this product as you have been warned. I hate scammers.
