Desk didn't work when we installed it. Worked with customer support and got it sorted out. Would have been 5 stars but for this problem
The desk is perfect for the purposes of our staff. My only complaint is the adhesive strips for the control box and power strip. Those strips needed to be replaced.
I truly love my desk and am super happy that I can adjust it (4 different heights) whenever I feel like it. I programmed my desk with the different heights that I prefer and all I need to do is hit a button to change the heigh...GREAT! This makes me super happy and it is very easy to do.
The only thing I didn't know or maybe didn't pay attention too, the desk needed to be assembled. It was delivered in four / five boxes and feel blessed that my brother had time and the knowledge to assemble it. I would not have been amble to do it.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered your Power Pro desk riser, and added a duel monitor bracket to the order as well. I placed my order on April 17th with an expected shipping date of April 26th. The 26th came and went with no indication/confirmation of shipping. I went on the the VersaDesk website and inquired through the chat option/service, and was informed my order shipping date would now be May 6th. It's now May 17th and I still have no confirmation that my order has shipped. I went back to the website yesterday and there is no longer a chat feature in which to inquire. I called the 800 number and was on hold for about 2 minutes before a recording instructed me to leave a message for call back. As of this review I have not received a call back. I have absolutely no idea when or even if my order will ship...yet my credit card was charged 30 days ago. Everyone gives your desk risers great reviews which is why I ordered one, and I like to be able to provide a review as well. Unfortunately, it's tough to review something you haven't received. If you're going to use supply chain issues as an excuse for delayed, or in my case...no shipping, then you need to remove "always in stock, ready to ship" from you website homepage. I would have to say my first and only experience with VersaDesk and any of your product line is definitely in the toilet!
Desk is great, my wife truly loves it. Had a little trouble getting a replacement part, but Versa fixed the issue. That is the only reason I am not giving it five stars.
Great desk - I bought the L-shaped 72” model with the extra mounts to accommodate a total of 5 monitors. Motors work super smooth and controller is great. Took about 2 hours to assemble by myself. Some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t align perfectly but the screws go right in with a little additional force. Use a drill to drive the screws and get about a half dozen Velcro straps (1/2”x8”) to attach the cables in a tidy fashion underneath. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you VersaDesk for this fabulous Sit/Stand desk with electric lift function and USB port. It is a brilliant design and I am completely in love with the functionality! What drew me to your website was the "USA MADE" product while searching sit/stand desk options. I also want to comment on your price point as it was comparable to other sit/stand options that were not electric.

The product came broken in a way that was not repairable.
I made the purchase in full on 8/3/21. A week later received a notification that a part was back ordered and wouldn't be in stock until the end of August. Followed up numerous times at end of August to no response from the customer service rep assigned to my ticket. First week of September she finally told me the part hadn't arrived and would be in by 9/17. Followed up on 9/14 and numerous times after that. I received a response that they were closely monitoring my order (polite way of saying I have no clue what's up). Fast forward a couple weeks and I finally received my desk on 9/27. The desk top is cheaply manufactured out of particle board and laminate top. All pieces of the desk top has serious warps in them that was either a manufacturing issue or FedEx improperly stack items on top. Shipper didn't indicate not to stack on top and the pallet it came on was a hodgepodge of miscellaneous boards so I'm surprised the entire shipment wasn't damaged. I still cannot get any update from the business on when a replacement top will be shipped to me. Absolute nightmare, take your business elsewhere.

This is a fabulous desk! Solid, attractive and easy to use. It would be 5 stars… but the descending speed is very slow. Ascending is fine, rapid and accurate, the the descend is really sluggish. It’s probably designed that way to avoid collisions with desktop paraphernalia, but still… so… 4.5.
Otherwise, great desk for the money. Very happy.
Love the desk. One small issue--the blue LED is always on. The versa desk is in my home office (my bedroom), and the bright blue light is a problem at night. I have to cover it with something so that it doesn't disturb my sleep. It'd be great to have an off switch for the light. Otherwise, wonderful product and and I really appreciated the follow-up customer service call after I received it.
I love the VersaDesk. It compact enough to sit on my existing home office desk but yet big enough for my 2 monitors and laptop. The transition from sit to stand in seamless. One of the best purchases I've made for my home office.
It's a great-looking desk, but that's about it. Everything on their site and even their packaging tout that they are simple to assemble. That couldn't be further from the truth. Their instructions are about as clear as mud. They are horribly written and full of grammatical errors. I strongly question that this is actually a US made product. For anyone that has ever had to figure out Ikea instructions and have been frustrated, forget these. Versadesk makes Ikea's instructions look like the best manual ever written. Once you figure it out and get to the end, you will realize that they didn't manufacture their parts correctly and some of the pre-drilled holes are in the wrong location.
After making it through these two frustrations, you will attempt to contact customer support. Good luck with that. It's not happening. No one answers the phone. No one responds to messages. The only way to ever get anyone on the phone is to call their sales line. Someone will answer, but they will also quickly tell you that it's customer support's job to help with this and transfer you to another voicemail that's never responded to. They're great at answering and responding when they're trying to hook you into buying. Once you've bought, you're screwed. I REALLY wish I had done more research and read up on them before buying.
