Same as most of the other reviews. On 03 July 2025 ordered an above-ground pool for £199.
Zero contact from anyone.
Whilst we were away at the end of July, DPD attempted to deliver something large and heavy but we were never carded and item has never reappeared. Was it the pretend pool? Who knows.

SCAM SCAM SCAM...Ordered a pool and never received it, stopped responding to my emails when I threatened to report them to my Bank.

Instigated a chargeback with Lloyds and got my money back

Total scam. Suspect my credit card details were subsequently used to pay £3000 university fees in Australia. Bought above ground pool - no product arrived. Trying to get money back through credit card

Ordered a pool, thought paid via PayPal but it was something different, money gone no pool

Do not buy. They take your money and leave you without goods or means of contact. Atrocious!!

Scam website ordered a pool took the £300 it never arrived they blocked our number and never responded to any emails company house says they are an unlicensed restaurant and the payment details went through to a insurance broker stay well clear

Please don't buy anything from this website. I ordered a swimming pool on 8th of July and hasn't arrived yet. They don't reply on emails and phone calls. Please don't do the mistake to order from them.

Please please do NOT buy from this so called company! To what I now believe to be a scam artist/artists. Order a pool 4th July only for it not to arrive, and like previous reviews, no one picks up the phone, and I haven’t received any emails, or communication. Before I brought from them I actually checked the government website, to which looked completely legitimate. So anyone thinking of buying from them please don’t. I’m now going down the road to getting my bank details changed and I’ve reported them for fraud!

Ordered a pool on the 30th June. Still not delivered, emailed multiple times and no response. Contact number doesn’t work. Delivery status hasn’t moved from ‘preparing shipment’ on website says delivers within 4-7 days. We are currently on day 24

There is no update except that the website no longer works. Trying to get our money back from the credit card company

Ordered a pool ,no communication and not answering phone calls,do not buy from these,also do not respond to emails like that say in 24hrs

Ordered a swimming pool June 26th and still waiting for item to arrived. I called and emailed no response. Tried to get help for Spotify but no help from them. This website is a scam so do not order from them.

Scam website stay clear they are not genuine

No item arrived, initially replied to emails but now no response. Scam website.

Ordered an expensive item 2 weeks ago. Not arrived. No response from emails and phone calls are unanswered. No correspondence from them . Wondering if this company is legitimate. Now phone calls ringing and then cutting off.
