I ordered for my husbands birthday- so far it has taken 16 working days and I still have no date when it will be delivered. When you contact the company firstly they told me to allow 9-12 workings days. Then that it was with the courier - the courier site says nothing but received. I am in limbo

A complete scam - don't touch them with a bargepole. I sent for the Angelina Botanical dress which looked really lovely in the photos. When I asked if they would give a refund if it didn't fit they said yes and that it was easy to return it. I was completely horrified with what arrived. It was the most hideous dress I've ever seen and didn't bear any resemblance to the one I was hoping for. When I tried to return it the shutters came down. I could have 20% off my next order etc. I would never order again - it comes from China and is a complete scam. I can't begin to tell you how awful this dress is, its so appalling its almost funny if I hadn't lost £44. I think they photograph a lovely dress from another company and then make a 'replica' in China and they get away with it because its so expensive to return - almost the price of the dress and you probably won't get your money back even it you do return it. Don't touch them! They are really evil people!! I would give no stars if I could!

The item I was sent was very poor quality and was a different item from the one advertised. It looked like a UK company but when you try and return something the company is in China! Do NOT purchase from this company. They are a scam!

HORRENDOUS! Such a scam! The photo was of a knitted jumper, the reality was nasty, cheaply printed polyester, and I've had months of efforts trying to get money back, unsuccessfully so far. Definitely a NO GO company!

Yep, me too. Not cotton cheap polyester. Product not totally useless but not the quality expected.

Scam company, i ordered a thick wool coat for £124.95 and got a 100% Polyester cruddy thin thing. A jumper for over £30 which is an Acrylic t-shirt basically and a £39 dress you can shoot peas through. It's thinner than an underskirt and completely see through. Nearly £200 in all for what was meant to be winter clothing and totally useless. Rubbish Material, Rubbish Quality and I'm on a low income so I've been Ripped Off. The clothes are useless and Not Fit for Purpose, they'll fall apart in the first wash. The labels on the bags were all torn off so no info on the items. This is the Third Online Clothes Site sending crap like Not as Advsrtised. I shall Not be Ordering Clothes Online Anymore. THIS IS A FAKE, COMPANY SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM VERO DEVA.

Vero Deva is a scam clothes site. Do not use it! The website looks very slick but don’t be fooled. The item I ordered was advertised as 100% cotton. It arrived several weeks later and was not cotton at all. It was extremely badly made, synthetic material and had no labels/care label at all.
I tried to return the item but was told I could have a 15% refund if I kept the item. On turning this offer down, I was informed I had to pay for the return - back to China (not a UK store, as they lead me to believe).

There seems to no way to get a full refund without paying extra for postage. A complete waste of money, time and energy!
