I have home automation.
Verisure sent a salesman to my home 2 years ago. At that time i already had an alarm. but it did not function together with my home automation. So i told the salesman that i was not interested unless it would work with my home automation. After a few phone calls the salesman assured me that it would work. So i swapped over to verisure. The system worked until just recently. Verisure changed things specifically to stop home automation functionality. So it stopped working with my automation system. When talking to them they say the never agreed to using 3rd party software on their system.... So i'm out 12.000.- I want my money back. I feel ripped off....

I called as they asked below, Just the same run-around. Verisure acts like they have enough customers. So GoodBy

Had an alarm system in the house and said to verisure that I didnt want alarm but I wanted to control Yale Doorman. So they sold me another yale doorman and told me go buy VBOX Micro. Then they said I could control yale doorman for free.

This worked untill August, when Verisure started kicking out users of vbox micro. Then they changed the text description about the product on their pages.

When I called them several times they say they never ment Vbox Micro to be free, but then I sent them an picture of the description and they were like: "maybe we forgot to change the description".

So I sent an email and said that I wanted them to refund me for vbox micro etc. but they said: no, we can just change it from free to paid, we have the authority!

Svar til verisure sin kommentar: Dere har tvunget meg til å kjøpe nytt utstyr for mange tusen kroner ved å si at jeg enten må betale eller koble meg fra Verisure. Selv om jeg hadde VBOX Micro som skulle gi gratis styring, slettet dere mine produkter i appen, så jeg ikke kunne styre låsene lenger - uten å informere eller varsle meg på forhånd.

Jeg har kontaktet dere 3 ganger allerede.

As the first experience, the person on the phone talked in a calm way so I feel relieved.

Never ever buy verisure.
First they have binding period they never tell.
Thier customer service is worst.
If anything happens,they will come after one hour which is not acceptable.
They will ask you to contact your insurance if anyone break your door glass however they promised UpTo 10000 kroners cover when I buy service.I am totally frustrated with verisure and will never recommend this to anybody.
I have there service at my restaurant and home ..I asked them to cancel it but they said it's binding which was never informed.
I hate verisure

Easy to use alarm system. Good videos for self maintenance.

I bought alot of stuff . And I lived in my mothers apartment. then I had to change appartment. I asked nicely if they could help me change the Yale doorman to new apartment. Then they said yes first. And I asked since they never come and do it. Then they came and said NO. And Was EXTREMELY Agressive. The Worst Experience of my life. Stay away !!!!

Also in that new apartment. The house burned down. And the alarm was triggered multiple times. And they could not help with absolutely nothing. Not very secure at all !!!! FAKE !!!!
