Customer Service

I contacted customer service regarding a reimbursement for a credit card charge and was very satisfied with the support I received. The representative (Claire) was professional, and clearly explained the process for reviewing the transaction. The matter was handled efficiently. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring, and I appreciate the team’s commitment to resolving the issue.

I rate 3 stars because I don’t even know nothing about this company don’t know why it’s been taking money out of my account but I can say once I reached out you guys cancel the subscription & responded back immediately. Thank you
