Initially, I was given a credit limit of £500, which was later reduced to £350 without clear justification. I purchased a PlayStation 5 for £389 while it was on sale, but over the course of 12 months, I ended up paying more than £700 due to fees and charges.

Frustrated by this experience, I decided to close my account, which unfortunately also had a negative impact on my credit score. Despite it being over three months since my initial request, and having contacted customer service multiple times, my account still remains open.

Each time I call, I’m told the team will check my outstanding balance—which has consistently been £0—and then proceed to close the account. Yet, nothing has been resolved.

I so appreciate Veri! It has been an integral part of my functional health assessment and management of various health concerns. I’m not a diabetic, yet. But I’m on the path if I don’t make some changes. Veri has been so incredibly helpful to figuring out my blood sugar highs and lows (my blood sugar drops significantly during the night) which is carving a path forward to help me know how to sleep better and battle insulin resistance and other hormonal imbalances. This has been a game changer. I wish I purchased it sooner. I can’t recommend highly enough if you’re trying to find some answers to how you feel related to sugar values and obtaining insights into healthier food and lifestyle choices.

Aside from that, VERI has short educational pieces that provide the context needed to put all the pieces together.

Provide knowlege in pieces and stages, the interfaces its really friendly and easy to use. The look and feel its beautifull.

I’m really happy that I chose Veri for their app and CGM! Veri has great customer service (they have been fast and efficient to assist through a couple of issues). I have really enjoyed using the app and learning more about how activities and food impact my glucose levels!! Highly recommend Veri to anyone looking to use a CGM to improve their health!

I'm so happy with the Veri service. The app is amazing!! So, so intelligent. Helps me to understand how good I'm doing with food. It has AI and trainings bites daily. I really recommend Veri to learn about you and how food and excersice affects you.

I have learned so much about the foods I am eating and how they impact MY sugar! The data I can collect with the Veri CGM app has been super insightful, providing individual results that are specific to my body. Love the app, love what I am learning! I've been on a data journey as work on my metabolic health and Veri has been a great addition!

Having data at your fingertips is very powerful, and being able to know how the things you eat every day affect your blood sugar is so helpful. The veri app is intuitive and easy to understand. The tutorials and guidance have been very helpful.

Customer service FTW! In a world where you can easily feel ignored constantly it is refreshing and comforting to support an app and product where people CARE. Great support system, very intuitive and easy to maneuver app, great response time.

This is a very interesting experience. I don't have any health issues and I'm using the app just to collect data and understand the impact of certain things on my body. The truth is that I make much more careful and informed choices about what I eat, which is already reflected in my weight.

Pretty slick app. Automatically figures your ingredients based off of a picture. No entering details. Great insight into food, stress, and exercise metabolic affects.
