Faced some isssues with signing the AFP form

Require a lot documents for background check, which is professional and reliable. But sometimes I was confused because some of my materials are no-english version and I was not sure whether I should translate them into English version or keep them original. Except for this, other experience is good.

The fast update and notification is what I appreciate the most. It really saves a lot of time.

good workflow is key. it is still very unclear how the candidate has to upload his/her docs.

Please experience your workflow once by your management and they will understand where to improve. The experience can be optimized.

Veremark screening portal is a well structured and easy to navigate site with features that are user friendly. Each main section from prior experience to education has its mandatory required fields that are flagged to users having the option to ' save as draft' at each section to get back to if needed. Due to the target questions this only took 15 mins to complete with fhe required document uploads. An improvement option i would call out for consideration is to integrate into the portal the 'certificate of good standing' process. System could send periodic reminders after designated business days including human interaction in case user has questions or due to unresponsive behavior by user.
