Nice experience, smooth process.

Utter crap they take too long they sent me the same email saying tk upload my contact details AGAIN! Load of rubbish I do not understand why any company would want to use these slow incompetent people!

I submitted my university files so many times, even shared it via the digital portal and still they marked my background check as unsuccessful/incomplete.

We have been using Veremark’s criminal record check service for our online tutor hiring process. For our test launch, we ran checks on 35 candidates.

One important thing to note is that the turnaround time varies a lot depending on the contractor’s region. In some cases, results were available in just one day, but in others we have been waiting more than two months. Unfortunately, such long delays are not rare—we are currently still waiting for two cases beyond two months, which has been a frustrating experience.

Additionally, some contractors reported that the submission requirements felt complicated or difficult, and we had to assist and persuade them to complete the process.

That said, the reason we continue to use Veremark is because their reports are detailed and trustworthy. For example, Remote.com does not provide downloadable reports at all, while Veremark delivers proper documentation that we can rely on.

Overall, if you are looking for a reasonably priced solution to process checks at scale while ensuring reliable quality of results, I would recommend Veremark.
