For me, a key test of a good company is how they deal with you when things don't go to plan. The item I bought arrived broken (not their fault). They arranged a new delivery, and collection of the old one within a v short time of my reporting it to them, and gave me a discount for my trouble. Can't ask for more than that. 5* service.

Ordered a hotbin composter it was the best price I could find it arrived within a few days of ordering well packaged looking forward to getting back some lovely compost.

I had issues with my delivery not directly by this company. But the company where the product came from. This first delivery the wrong item was sent after much communication delivery was rearranged. This review is nothing negative about verdant just the supply company. In other words verdant supplied the product. Just the delivery company pick up

The bird bath was exactly as described and my mother was delighted with the gift. The inscription was clear to read and it was the words that meant a lot to my mother. Fast delivery and easy transaction. Highly recommend.
